I've used Megan to help plan all our Disney trips. I so appreciate that she wakes up early to get our reservations and sits on the phone for us so we don't have to. She answers any and all questions, even if I forget and ask multiple times. Megan checked in on us during and after our trip, showing that she truly cares that we have a good time. Megan was excellent to work with for our Walt Disney World trip. She helped arrange the hotel, tickets, transportation, and an itenerary. She also gaved detailed information about each park that helped us to navigate the app and transportation that was available. With Megan's help, we were able to dine at the restaurants we really wanted to and we were able to ride all the amazing rides on the top of our list.

Megan knows SO much about Disney! I hadn't been in 5 years and SO much had changed. She brought me up to speed and helped me understand the Walt Disney World app before entering the park which made it all so much easier.

We were a group of 15 w/9 children ages 3M to 10Y. The attention to detail it took to organize a trip catering perfectly to all 15 of us was incredible. Megan pieced together roundtrip flights + airport transfers at various times. She facilitated additional park & resort discounts via our military status. She found resort & family suite options that suited our young children. And she was 100% on call when hiccups arose, as a few will when traveling as a large group. (AKA: lost Magic Band, rooms that weren't adjacent upon check-in, Memory Maker difficulties, people moving between parks, etc.) But perhaps most impressive was the infinitely detailed itinerary Megan prepared for us before departure, which she even fielded a group call to discuss prior. If you've never experienced Disney, you simply cannot go uninformed & expect to navigate the parks/rides efficiently.
