Monica helped us plan our honeymoon, and it was truly the best week of our lives!! In the beginning, she sent us a lot of options and was willing to get us however many quotes we needed and answered all of our questions. We made a lot of changes last minute, including moving up our honeymoon by 2 months, and she was right there, ready to help without hesitation, and made sure everything was perfect. She even asked one of the resorts to upgrade our room, being that it was our honeymoon, and they did, and it was so perfect. We had a little hiccup during our vacation (not Monica's fault at all) and we called her at like 8pm and she was immediately on it and did everything she could to make sure the situation was fixed and that my husband and I were happy. No words can truly explain how thankful we are for her and the experiences we got to have on our honeymoon. We will definitely be using her again for future trips!

She’s Aunt Monica to us! Aunt Monica has helped us with yearly trips for our family for the past 7 years. I’d say I’m a somewhat seasoned Disney Mom, but I find that every time we reach out to plan, she is ready and educated on the newest park and accommodation information and knows all of the little magical tips and tricks!
