When I travel I like to splurge on plush lodgings like the Fairmont Chateau Laurier in Ottawa to make my vacation even more special. Our second full day in Venice, Italy Nov 23, 2017 Thanksgiving in the US. No turkey anywhere in sight! Funny, tho, we didn't even miss it!. Lori Wentworth of Travel Leaders did a suburb job of arranging the things we definitely wanted to do, while leaving us time to just explore and take it all in.

Lori has been helping us plan wonderful vacations for over 25 years and we couldn't imagine planning a trip without her. Whether a cruise or an all-inclusive resort, her knowledge of the ships and resorts is incredible. Lori's amazing personality, infectious smile and genuine concern for ensuring you have a memorable trip is what keeps us coming back. For our 20th wedding anniversary, she took great care in helping us plan a 12 day Mediterranean cruise that not only included all the destinations (and more) we hoped to explore but she also arranged a renewal of vows ceremony which was performed on the ship by the Captain. It was a trip and anniversary we will never forget!

Absolutely Epic Honeymoon

Working with Lori to plan our honeymoon was great. We gave a bunch of suggestions and told her the places we were interested in. She gave us detailed itineraries that same day. Based on our interests, and her experience, she also suggested Belize, which we never even considered. After seeing what Belize had to offer, we instantly fell in love with it, and it became our top destination. We stayed at multiple resorts, requiring multiple land/water transfers. We were a little nervous when we landed, but Lori had everything squared away. The transfer company found us when we got off the plane, and they handed us paperwork with vouchers for each transfer, explained all the details, and had people lined up waiting for us at each destination. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Lori was always available for all our questions and made numerous tweaks to our plans as I'm sure we were far pickier than the normal customer. We'll definitely work with Lori to plan our next vacation!

Lori coordinated my daughter's 21st birthday bash to Las Vegas. Everything was fabulous hotel, flight,special events and most of all we made memories that we will always cherish! Lori is the "Best".I would highly recommend her for all of your travel needs. She is professional, enthusiastic and an absolute joy to work with in planning any trip!

Couldn't ask for a more professional, courteous and knowledgeable travel agent! Lori takes the time up front to get to know her customers and their likes/dislikes and then fine tunes her recommendations to craft the perfect trip. Her knowledge of the varied destinations is very extensive... she has a wealth of knowledge on trips, hotels and cruise/tour packages. She is readily available and more than once has been able to make last minute changes, even when we were in the middle our trip in Europe!Lori is so good that we plan to use her as our travel agent via the internet/phone after moving down to GA!!!!!!!

Lori has been very helpful in getting our cruises set up over the years. Had used another agent in the company who left and Lori stepped right up. I would say her mightiest task was when my wife, Debra, and I took Holland America Lines Grand World Voyage in 2008 and Debbie's bag was lost. This was when HAL had limited free shipping. Lori bought a suitcase and clothes for Debbie and had HAL ship it to us. It arrived some ten days into the cruise, Panama City, last stop before long streach of sea days and south sea islands with limited really no place to shop. These were her dress clothes for Formal Nights. Debbie's bag came also.I don't think booking direct with HAL would have ensured this happy outcome. Plus Lori mad HAL gives us several hundred dollars shipboard credit because of this problem.
Lori laid out trips in Hawai'i when we made our own trip. no tours.

Honeymoon

Lori was great to work with! She was very kind, listened to what my husband and I wanted for our honeymoon and provided many options to choose from. She handled booking our room and transportation to the resort so arriving was stress free. She followed up prior to our trip to ensure we were prepared for all the COVID protocols and provided great tips to help us save some money on the COVID test requirements. Highly recommend!

Lori has been so fantastic to work with. Prior to Lori I had never used a travel agent and was a little skeptical. However, she has helped book close to 30 of our guests for our wedding in the Dominican Republic. Not only did we receive amazing prices, but Lori has answered all our countless questions we have had along the way. Everyone who has worked with her cannot get over how nice and helpful she is! Lori, what can I tell you? This was the most fantastic vacation we've ever had! The Finest was exactly that...there was nothing, and I mean NOTHING, that we would have changed. I can't thank you enough for pointing me in the right direction for a week that none of us will ever forget........little ones included. Needless to say, we'll be going back for sure in Jan. 2019 for my birthday (if not before??). You'll be the first to know so you can book it for us.
