We have just booked our second Disney trip with Nikki Hendrix. We could not be more grateful and thankful. She has gone above and beyond to make everything for our family special! She even answers emails, texts and calls at all times of the day and evening to ensure we are completely satisfied. We Love Nikki And Her Team

We have used Nikki and her wonderful team at Favorite Grampy travels for all of our Disney adventures for the past 4 years. Before we found Nikki, I did all the bookings myself, with the added stress of trying to remember dates for making dining and fast pass reservations (back in the day!). I realized that hiring Nikki and her team, with the multiple benefits of having a helping and knowledgeable person to guide us, we started using Favorite Grampy Travels exclusively for all our travel planning. With 3 young kids, the inside knowledge Nikki and her team provide has been invaluable to us. She always finds us the best deals on hotels, recommends where to stay on the resorts (so we aren't super far away from transportation and/or food), and helps us arrange our transfers from the airport. We love Nikki and her team and highly recommend them to family and friends!

Nikki goes out of her way to make sure your vacation is a memorable one. Even though I stay at a military hotel Nikki has been so kind as to help me with suggestions as to places to eat when to make reservations and all kinds of fun things to do. I wish she could do t the military hotel cause I would send every military family going to WDW to her. Thank Nikki and I hope you soar to the top with Favorite Grampy Travels....Marji

I can’t say enough good things about Nikki. I had never worked with a travel agent before and honestly did not see any value in working with one. Nikki completely changed my mind! She is so knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to understand what you want out of your trip. There hasn’t been a question she hasn’t been able to answer. She is responsive and always available to help. She has recommendations for everything and every age group. We are traveling with another family and my parents and she has made coordinating it all very easy. Nikki will make your trip magical, I would recommend her to anyone!

My family just returned from our Disney vacation, and I can’t say enough good things about Nikki and Favorite Grampy Travels!
Nikki was there to help our family through the entire process. She helped find the best times and rates for our trip, and set up our plans from start to finish.
She and I kept in constant touch about what my family and I were looking to do- and she put those plans into action.
We simply boarded our plane and enjoyed our trip. She even helped me while I was at Disney when I had questions!
I can’t reccomend Favorite Grampy Travels and Nikki Hendrix enough. We are ready to book with her again!

Nikki Hendrix is hands down THE best travel agent concierge. She literally takes all the thought and stress out of vacation planning and adds to the enjoyment and relaxation we were looking for! I would HIGHLY recommend Favorite Grampy Travels for your vacation planning. My experience working with this company has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. The agents go above and beyond to ensure your vacation planning is as smooth and straightforward as possible. Nikki, in particular, is one of the nicest, selfless, and down-to-earth people I have ever met. While on her OWN vacation, she got up before sunrise to ensure OUR family’s resort reservation change was taken care of first thing! She is handling ALL of our Disney World dining reservations for our upcoming trip in the spring. These are just two of endless examples. Bottom line – this company puts their clients FIRST and treats clients like family. Absolutely Perfect!

Our experience working with Nikki at Favorite Grampy Travels was absolutely perfect. We have been talking about a trip to Disney World for a few years, and I was struggling to make it happen. I found myself so overwhelmed with information and tips but not really sure where to start. I had seen Favorite Grampy Travels recommended on several pages. I picked up the phone and got Nikki. When I hung up the phone, I knew 2 options for a resort, about how much our trip would cost, how options for transportation, etc. We were able to book and pay once we made our choices the next day. She even kept an eye and swapped us to the Nemo suite when it became available because my kids love that movie. She never ignored any of my million questions and mentions my kids by name. I felt like our family was priority to her the entire process. We also called from the park for help on minor things and she answered the phone every single time. I'm not sure she sleeps. Thanks again for everything!

Nikki is Tinkerbell......I am convinced.

We had the vacation of a lifetime thanks to her. Planning a trip to Disney is HARD unless you are an insider expert. If you just go and wing it, you will end up eating fast food for every meal, standing in line A LOT and you will likely miss out on unique experiences like building your own light saber or seeing fireworks from your hotel room in your pajamas or attending the MK Halloween party ON HALLOWEEN...if those are things you want to do!!! ?? Nikki takes all of those details out of your hands. She knows exactly when you are eligible to reserve the things you want (which all vary greatly) and she creates a magical experience for you. That Halloween party was sold out by JULY....but we got go thanks to Nikki and Favorite Grampy Travels being so on the ball. Thank you Nikki, thank you Favorite Grampy Travels and thank you Disney. You all hit this trip out of the park and greatly exceeded our every expectation.
