Vacation of a lifetime!

Denise helped us plan every detail of our Disney vacation. We were able to get every ADR on our must do list and we were also able to get a Fast Pass for every ride and show we wanted to experience. She took care of every detail before we left and was only an email or text away while we were vacationing if we had any needs or issues. I will never plan a future Disney vacation without her expertise!

Denise is thorough, knowledgeable, and connected - she helped my husband and me plan a trip to Disneyland California for our 10th anniversary, and then a couple years later, a week at Disney World in Orlando when my MIL got sick with cancer. Traveling with a patient who needs physical assistance can be challenging, so Denise helped us identify a few different options for how we could rent a wheelchair, what times of days are best for lines, and to book a hotel with transportation direct to the parks. It was incredible and she definitely went the extra mile!

Denise works tirelessly to make this trip fantastic and suited for your particular family and family needs! She helped with all of our dining, itineraries, what to pack, and if things were to come up, she was there to answer the text to help us with the next thing. Working with Denise was a positive experience. She has helped with multiple vacations. Denise has a wealth of knowledge that helped us throughout our planning. She made our dining reservations and I have a few food allergies. She alerted each restaurant of my allergies. I have mobility issues and was able to help guide us to which resorts would have the less walking to our our vehicle and room. She gave us information at each stage of our planning our magical adventure. Denise was available to answer our questions and got back to us quickly. We highly recommend using Denise’s excellent expertise, she will help you have a better experience.

Denise helps throughout the vacation process- from start to finish with details big and small. When planning our first trip to Disney, she weighed out all of the options for us, including pieces we hadn't thought of. It was the best vacation of my life. We used Denise to plan our next trip. While her help planning was fun and made my trip ideal, we hit some snags with our vacation. Denise stepped up to the plate, and demonstrated why everyone should use a travel agent. She called tech support to fix a magic band, re-arranged our dining and smoothed the way for us to have fun while we were in Disney, rather than waiting on hold. I couldn't recommend her enough.

I have used Denise twice. I have received her information from a friend who used her and I can’t be happier with the recommendation. She booked everything from dining, fast past reservations and what days to do certain parks based on projected busyness all while trying to keep an eye on for best deals that would lower my cost. She responds in a timely manner and answers all my questions and concerns. Her personal notes and packages sent to my house with a complete print out of things to prepare for was very helpful and on point.
