What a great travel experience! The ease of it all made me think using someone to help plan more vacations in the future. Over the years with everything being available on-line we’ve just made our own arrangements. I’m re-thinking that plan now! Kathy made it so easy for us. We just let her know the general location and what we would like to do. She placed us right in the middle of our plans. 20 mins north to Disney and 15 mins south to my father-in-law. 25 mins to the beaches…..AMAZING! Our hotel was a suite so we had a kitchenette and a full-size fridge! The hotel provided breakfast everyday was well has happy hour/dinner M-Th. I never would have thought to look for this type of accommodation but it was amazing!! She was available to help with all of my questions around the Disney app as well as some great recommendations about reservations and fast pass knowledge. I highly recommend reaching out to Kathy for your travel plans! You won’t be disappointed!

Disney World and Universal studios

Disney World and universal studios is very overwhelming to put together but she’s asked all the right questions to make sure this is the trip we been wanting. I love Trains!

Because of Covid, much of my travel had to be totally rearranged. Kathy did an amazing job of rescheduling all the items so that I could use my train and hotel credits to visit friends in Seattle, Washington area. It was an amazing trip as I love trains!

Kathy has been a life saver in helping me plan our family trip to Disney World!! She is there every step of the way and goes out of her way to answer all of my questions!! I had no idea how complex, overwhelming and confusing planning a trip to Disney World could be. I could not have done it without Kathy. I am so thankful I didn’t decide to go through Costco or AAA! A wonderful Family Reunion

She was always there to answer any questions and try to help no matter how small the request. Our trip was complex with many parts, and she juggled them like a champ. She would get up in the middle of the night to book reservations or excursions to be sure that we got what we wished for. While on our trip we received a gift bag from her to thank us for booking with her but with her friendly voice and her willingness to talk at length with me about the trip we should be giving her a gift bag. Large family cruise

Kathy booked our extended family cruise. She had to book 19 different people in 5 different types of rooms on the cruise. One set of rooms was especially difficult to book and Kathy was a pro. She coordinated every cruise detail and was exceptionally quick to respond and help when needed. Kathy is a clear and proactive communicator which is makes traveling with her at the helm a breeze

Trip Extension Exploration

Thank goodness for Kathy arranging assistance at all the huge airports! I would never have made my flights. Hotel in London was the actual pick up point for the Stonehenge tour and near cash exchange, great shops and even a Starbucks. In Cardiff, Wales I was close to the meeting point for the On-off bus and the main castle. Got in some good shopping on the pedestrian walkway as well. Good logistics by Kathy!

A once-in-a-lifetime experience

Kathy put together a family cruise involving 11 people. She answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. She was especially helpful finding an insurance plan that met our needs. It was made difficult because not everyone in the party was from one state. She kept us on schedule when needed information and payments were due. Clearly new what she was doing and helped us through the process.

Room mate reunion 34 years in the making!

From first contact 6 months in advance and throughout our trip Kathy was in contact. We were wrangling 3 friends in different cities for decisions but Kathy was flexible & responsive during our booking. The app is amazing and I made it available offline for easy access. She kept us apprised of small flight changes pre-travel & touched base during our trip, as we had flooding & one return flight change. I can’t recommend Kathy highly enough. Outstanding! She was on top of every detail. I used to organize our trips for my friends and I was so thankful she did the whole thing for us and we did not have to pay her. She communicated with each of the 5 couples and collected money from them easily. She responded quickly to questions or needs. She made sure we knew all the details of the trip. She sent us emails during the waiting period to make sure we knew the latest info on our flight plans. She is pleasant to talk to and very professional. Kathy has been helping me with travel for several years! Always able to reach her by text, email, or telephone call. She has assisted with a 'blanket' travel insurance policy so all I have to do is add specific trip details. I wasn't able to travel at all in 2022, so she handled the one cancellation I needed. When travel was suspended due to COVID, she took care of the use of all the train and most of the air travel credits (those not doing refunds), and refunds that were allowed. Two upcoming trips are well planned including some extensions in Europe after a cruise.The latest cruise from Memphis to New Orleans just completed and Kathy kept in close communication for any changes that were occurring. She's the best!

First Disney experience was the best.

I don’t trust many people/services, but luckily I did because Kathy made everything about our first Disney experience perfect. From the air plane ride, the order we visited the parks, to the food we ate, our trip was wonderful. Me and my family had the best time and couldn’t have done it without her. She explained everything exactly how it happened. We were prepared and shut the park down every night. We even enjoyed multiple parks with park hopping. The rain didn’t even stop us. We had so much fun through it all. The morning it poured down rain Kathy had snacks delivered directly to our room which was awesome because it was right on time. When I tell you I told Kathy “I want to go to Disney for this many days” and she made it happen. I can never thank her enough for the best and most memorable vacation we have ever had!!

We had planned several local Pink Jeep trips. When I was hospitalized, Kathy took care of the cancellations so we didn't have to worry. It was a special blessing. She has taken care of several cancellations and we have gotten the appropriate refunds for other trips as well.

Afternoon Tea in Victoria, BC

One of the greatest trips Kathy ever planned for me included her when we went to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada right before Christmas to see the decorations at the gardens, ride in a horse drawn carriage, walk and bus around town! Rode up on the clipper and back with tremendous hotel.

Reading multiple guide books and watching hours of travel vlogs gave me a lot, maybe too much, information, and I became paralyzed with indecision. Kathy has been wonderful to work with. She helped talk me through what exactly we wanted on this trip, and she knew how to accomplish it. She got us incredible rooms at both Universal and Disney, navigated the confusing park pass reservation systems at Disney for us, and got us into all the dining and experiences we were looking forward to, as well as a couple that hadn't thought of. Kathy helped ease my anxiety about planning and really helped up to look forward to this trip.
During the vacation when a hurricane hit Florida Kathy was there to help us navigate our options and answer questions.
We had an amazing vacation, and have already talked about going back. I know when we do we'll be working with Kathy again.

Best Trip Ever!

Kathy was great to work with! We planned a trip to take our kids to Disneyworld before COVID, then Disney shut down and we had to reschedule the trip. Kathy was great she kept us up to date on Disneyworld's plans regarding reopening, she gave us lots of options and walked us thru the pros and cons of each, and worked with us to find another time for our vacation. We were able to rebook and we had a great time. I plan on using Kathy again in the future and I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I have to tell you..... The W was kind enough to make an accommodation for me because I booked my stay through you!! The manager even mentioned you by name without even looking at the computer.
