Using Travel Danyell was one of the best decisions I made in regards to my most recent trip. I usually try to do it all on my own, the plane, the hotel, the resort, the rental car, and there is usually always one little hick-up, which adds a little stress to the fun of traveling. Danyell booked a family vacation for us to El CID resorts in Puerto Morelos and we had a fantastic time! She was in contact with us the whole time, and when my daughter got hurt she was so helpful for me, since I was so nervous! We have had the pleasure working with Danielle for our honeymoon. We wasn’t an easy couple at all, switched our honeymoon twice! The trip was AMAZING. All the amenities promised were given AND SOME! The resort was beautiful and clean and just so pretty right on the water. We experienced an earthquake while there and Danielle texted us to make sure we were okay. She also messaged us to make sure we checked in and it home okay. I was really worried booking my first international trip on my own, worried I wasn’t using a reputable site, would forget something important, etc. But Danielle was SO incredibly helpful, was able to find us an awesome deal and calmed my nerves about traveling (shuttle from airport, how early to arrive to airport for customs, etc.). Danielle was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, but most importantly knew the Ins and outs of the resorts. She definitely got me the biggest bang for my buck. At one point there was an issue with my flight, she answered after hours and had it fixed for me immediately! Her customer service is second to none. I never booked through a travel agent before, this process was WAY easier than what I thought. We were given more options than I would have expected. Last minute we wanted to change hotels and Danielle seamlessly accommodated. We stayed at the Majestic Elegance in Cancun, Mexico. This hotel is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Danielle booked private transfer to and from airport, the company was waiting outside airport with a sign with our names. EVERYTHING about this trip was easy. The food at the resort was really good too and the service. We will be returning and ofcourse booking through Danielle!

Travel Danyell helped make our honeymoon unforgettable. My husband and I travel to Jamaica and stayed at a Sandals resort this past July, 2021. Danyell made booking such a breeze, not to mention handling all the paperwork regarding Covid. She was very knowledgeable about the resort, as well as Covid restrictions. We had a little hiccup at the airport with my husband’s international passport, and I was able to call Danyell early in the morning to help!
