Micheal is great. When I was having trouble with carnival cruise line with my vifp he stayed on the phone with them for 3 plus hours to get me taken care of.

Michael set up a trip to St. Lucia for three couples and walked us through all of the difficult specifications due to COVID. He answers questions immediately. If he is not available when you call him, you know he'll be back in touch with you that day (typically in minutes or within the hour).
