I still remember my first trip to Walt Disney World with my Grandma, my favorite Disney Pal, when I was a child. Now that I have my own family, I love listening to my kiddos reminisce about their trips to the Mouse!

I haven't been to Disney in 20 years and taking my daughter for our first mother daughter trip to celebrate her 5th birthday seemed daunting until I met Jen. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jen to plan your Disney vacation. She went above and beyond the entire time. She did all the heavy lifting and made sure that our entire trip was perfect. From planning our days, to giving all the tips and trips to not only save us money, but also, allow us to maximize our time at Disney, Jen had all the answers. Jen is very helpful with recommendations and knowledge of the parks. She organized transportation with professional and friendly drivers. She asked the right questions to get to know us better and what we expected for our trip. This was our first trip traveling with a family member needing special assistance to get around the parks. Jen introduced us to the Disability Access Services (DAS) provided at Walt Disney World. Amazing service to assist guests in a wheelchair to access attractions and rides. Thanks Jen!

Jen is amazing. She was extremely quick and efficient. With all the restrictions she made this process quick and painless. She was always available to make any updates of changes we needed and made sure to keep us updated on changes/openings in the parks. She even went above and beyond and sent a cute gift to us before our trip as my daughter was living to Disney for 6 months to complete the Disney College Program. We definitely recommend using Jen for setting up your Disney vacation!
