Marilyn is the most thorough travel agent I've ever worked with. Our Alaska trip was fantastic from beginning to end. She is not your normal 9-5 travel agent. She will be up all ours of the night working on your trip. I recently was one of the unlucky travelers on Southwest Airlines this holiday. A trip I booked myself but Marilyn was up until 4 am in the morning working on getting me home. The amount of time she puts into her clients is amazing.

Marilyn coordinated a two week trip to Australia and New Zealand for me. The excursions and accommodations she recommended were all superb! Marilyn planned a trip to Costa Rica for me, including fights, transportation, hotels, excursions and daily events, the return Covid test and logistics (this was right when Costa Rica had opened up post-Covid), dinner reservations, etc. – all to the tee. The whole trip was planned so well that all I had to do was to show up. It worked like a charm and everything was executed like clockwork!

It was my first time traveling alone. In the past I had either traveled with companions or visited people. I was rather nervous at the beginning. Not only she had planned the whole trip for me so I didn't have to worry about anything, but she was completely on top of it, checking on me via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well.
