After spending many vacations at Walt Disney World and Universal with my family, I found myself with an abundance of knowledge about these Florida theme park properties. Naturally I was helping my friends and family plan their Florida Vacations, so I decided to take my expertise to the next level by joining the team of Travelmation, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planning Agency, Platinum Level.
Since joining Travelmation, many doors have opened in regards to expanding my travel expertise. I am currently a full time travel agent and I am extremely passionate about ensuring that my clients have the best vacation possible. Some of the ways that I do this:
- I stay up to date on the information. Whether that be through traveling myself or participating in training or webinars, my clients know that I will make sure my information is current and applicable.

Daughter’s 3rd birthday trip

Brittany was fantastic! We used Brittany to help us rebook our original trip to get a lower rate and then she helped us with everything! We were there for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she really helped make it magical. She sent a nice little treat to my kids when checking in at our hotel and helped us get dinner reservations everyday; she was able to help us get a cake for my daughter and even got us boarding passes for Rise! Brittany was awesome and we are already getting her help in planning another trip.

My family and I have worked with Brittany to book and plan two trips to Disney World and now I cannot imagine working with anyone else! Our trip in March 2019 had some flight delays, and we missed our first park day. Brittany was amazing and contacted Disney for us to let them know our plane wasn’t arriving on time. During our trip Brittany checked in with us to make sure things were good which I loved and appreciated. I fell ill during this trip and we missed some plans, Brittany helped sprinkle some pixie dust for us and made sure we were able to experience some extras. I thank her so much for looking after us and making sure we were having a magical time. This trip at the end of October 2019 has been a breeze to plan with Britt at the helm! Any questions or concerns I’ve had she’s been so helpful in making a phone call (or several!) to find out information, book tickets, or adjust our reservations. Brittany Is a blessing and a friend and I can’t wait to book our next trip soon!

A GRAND Trip!

Brittany is a great travel agent. She is knowledgeable & very helpful. We are frequent visitors to WDW & we always use a travel agent. Brittany is quick to respond & prices out any & all room options, ticket types & meal plans. She sends us reminders when we can book ADR’s & FP+. For our last trip, we booked Wilderness Lodge. Brittany mentioned that currently there were no discounts but that she expected so “soon.” Sure enough, an AP room only discount was announced & Brittany immediately applied it to our reservation. Since the discount was significant, we ended up changing resorts to the Grand Floridan. She made the whole process seamless & quite effortless for us. After arrival/check-in Brittany followed up again with us & made sure our arrival & hotel room went smoothly. As long as we have a princess in our house, Brittney will be our go-to Disney travel agent for sure! I recommend her to all types of vacationers.

Brittany is the best! She has planned quite a few trips for me, and she is always prompt, knowledgeable and responsive. She has a wide knowledge base when it comes to vacations, and she’s booked vacations for my family ranging from a week at Disney World to a weekend cabin getaway in the mountains to an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. She promptly answered my questions about each trip, and was always willing to indulge my FOMO by providing plenty of well-researched options and add-ons.

Brittany has helped me and my family plan a Universal parks trip, Disney trip and beach trip (13 people). She has always been super easy to work with, very responsive and resourceful. She was able to save us a lot of money with her accommodation recommendations. She was also very helpful with good recommendations at the different Disney parks and navigating the Disney app. She makes planning a trip so much easier and less stressful! Office trip

Brittany is my neighbor, but when my office was looking to pan a trip a knew right away who to use for booking a trip. We had tried to use another agent before but didn’t have much luck and/or much luck with that agent. Brittany went above and beyond even as to say of check in for flights about making sure smooth flights and we boarded okay and even checked once we landed.

Brittany was an amazing travel agent and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with other agents who basically helped me book the room and then didn’t mention anything else until the week before with the here is your info, do you need anything else. Brittany let me know and booked my Fast Passes quickly and efficiently as well as made the reservations for the different dining experiences. She even helped me with the little things such as setting up a pin for the magic bands and reminded me when we got close to needing to order the Magic Bands. Brittany went above and beyond as a travel agent and I would book again with her in a heart beat.

I would like to thank you for all of the planning and time that you invested in our vacation.I had not been to Disney World since before COVID so things hand changed quite a bit since that time. All of the videos, and slides you sent made it super easy for me to navigate the parks.
From the resort you recommended being on point for our needs, (I loved being so close to the skyliner) to all of the meal reservations that were made prior to my arrival date made it where I could enjoy my vacation and not stress over transportation and looking for dining reservations at the last minute.
I appreciate all you did, and cannot wait to work with you again in the near future.

Brittany has planned 2 trips (snow skiing and a beach trip) for this single mom (on a limited budget!). Each time, she jumped right on board, sending me suggestions, pictures and reviews. She was available in a timely manner when I had questions. For our beach trip, at the last minute I changed where I wanted to go. She was able to get my deposit back and was on to finding us a different condo, quickly. She makes you feel like a priority. I would definitely (and have) recommend Brittany for any travel needs!!! She planned every detail and sent us reminders as our trip was approaching regarding special items we needed to complete to meet travel requirements for traveling abroad to Canada to board our cruise. This was our first time using a travel agent and now I can’t imagine booking a trip without letting Brittany help plan it for us. And using her services cost us nothing. Excellent. She did everything possible, including visit our home, to go over everything we needed to know about our Disney trip (how to use the app, how to navigate the rides, use of lightning lanes, etc.). In addition, she did an excellent job in helping to organize our trip to make it at seamless as possible.
