Travel Agent for Cruises and All Inclusive Resorts

Traveling has always been one of my greatest passions! We can learn so much from our travels and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Since childhood, I have been curious about other countries, other places, and other faces. Gladly, my parents shared the same vision, and we took a lot of family vacations.But a little girl grew up and now has her own family. Nothing is better than spending an unforgettable time with my husband, daughter, and son.   

If 2020 taught us anything, it was how to slow down and enjoy valuable time with our loved ones.

I specialize in all-inclusive resorts in the following destinations:       

 - Mexico: Riviera Maya and West Coast (Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos etc.);     

- Caribbean: Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Aruba, and more;   

and Cruises.

I have worked in the travel industry since 2004, and I know how stressful it can be to plan your family vacation, trips for a group of friends, or romantic getaway with your special someone. That is why my goal is to alleviate that stress. Your only job will be to pack your bags, arrive at your destination and have the best time of your life! Great Agent but did not like RIU palace.

She is a great agent, very helpful and thorough, and I would book through her again but would never go back to RIU Resort. The food was awful got sick due to the food and the entertainment was less than average.

We had a great experience with Lana. She found flight, hotel and transportation within our budget, was able to advise about certain hotel which fit our need for family with kids the best. She helped with insurance and processing payments. She was available every time we needed her help. She helped us when once we had problem right before the trip, helped with insurance claim and fought for us with insurance. She helped us so much until very end. She was so patient and offered us so many options. We ended up on Atelier Costa Mujeres and couldn't be happier. It was not our first time booking with Lana and once again we had a great experience. Prompt responses on questions. It is a lengthy process to choose a perfect hotel for the trip. Last spring break post...promise.

She is an amazing travel agent. She worked out so many details for us. I know people don't think of using travel agents much anymore, but consider it. It doesn't cost you a thing. You get so much in return.

She is detailed, an excellent communicator and very patient. She dealt with Royal Caribbean on our behalf, understood what my family was looking for and made great arrangements. I especially appreciated her gentle prompts when I wasn't paying attention to deadlines (i.e. last payment due, travel insurance, signing up for the right excursions).

Family reunion vacation!

I can tell you why I will ALWAYS book my tips with her and ALWAYS buy a travel insurance.
We were planning our Mediterranean cruise for 4 years, and we're getting excited, planning excursions. Unfortunately, 3 days before our flight to Barcelona, my husband had an emergency, and had to have an emergency surgery. Never have we ever planned or thought it would happened.

Best trip to Dominican Republic!

I needed to recharge and all I wanted is a clean beach with turquoise water . As the first time when I booked my trip myself, It was ruined by a terrible beach with seaweeds.
