I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.
Since 1985 I've lived in Maryland. I have been in the travel industry since 2006. Rajochris Travel was started because I loved creating memorable experiences, where dreams were turned into reality! When I started, I just wanted to book for my family and friends because that's what I was already doing. After a couple of years, I began getting referrals and repeat customers which caused me to look more seriously into the training and how to better provide the experience that my clients were looking for and more. Some of the training that I took to improve my knowledge and become certifield to offer my clients with quality itineraries include being an Accredited Cruise Counselor through the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA); Jamaica, Florida, St. Lucia, Belize and Sandals specialist. The training I obtained is industry standard in order to provide up to date information to my clients.
One particular client wanted to go to New Zealand. Since I knew this was a delayed honeymoon, I requested to have upgrades and special amenities to make their trip something memorable. They enjoyed themselves so much, they contacted me to book another trip for them back to New Zealand. My positions over the past 30 years has incorporated arranging travel for executives, lawyers and doctors. Everything was handled for me all I had to do was tell Michele my wants and what I didn’t want and pay. Only con was that the resort was underwhelming. Needed lost of repairs, leaky ceilings. However , the view from my room was incredible and I met some incredible people, and for that I’m glad I was at the resort I was in . Next I’ll have to do more digging on the actual resort.

Smooth sailing on the MSC Seascape

Michelle McDaniel completely filled her role as our travel agent and did it effortlessly. She was as at BWI when we arrived and completed both the airline and ship boarding processes. She did everything that she was supposed to do with ease. Was cool during the Miami Port closing while some of the other passengers were restless, and frustrated. She advised us on what was happening and to be patient until the port opened. Once the boarding began it went smoothly. She booked our state room, arranged our nightly dinner. Consistently gave us cruising tips such as using the cruising card. Had our own staffed dining room nightly for dinner. Advised us on the refunds because of the lost day due to the Miami Port closing. We flew from BWI to Miami and returned together. Provided transportation to and from the airport to ship. She was very professional. We will definitely travel with her again and refer her business to our family, friends and coworkers.
