Shawn was really helpful with every aspect of my trip. She was able to find a hotel and flight bundle for the price I was going to pay for the flight itself. Although our travel plans has diminished due to COVID, we are walking away with peace and comfort. From the beginning of the booking process, Shawn exemplified her professionalism with passion and care to carry and help us along the way. From finding and choosing the right fit for our family's stateroom to the promptness of sending us all the information to help us along with all research of the cruise in its entirety. She has had our best interest in the forefront to be sure that this cruise will be THE BEST travel experience of our lives. When someone you haven't met or worked with makes you feel like family (ohana), that makes all the difference to me! Shawn did a really great job of helping us make all of our arrangements, being patient with all of our questions and even scheduling zoom meetings for our group so that we could all ask our individual questions and hear the answers as a collective group. I appreciate her follow up with us and her availability even after we landed when there was a hiccup with at the car rental agency. She stayed on the phone with us while the rental agency figured out their process, living into the agreed upon costs Shawn had arranged. My Lifesaver

My family had to make a last minute trip and didn’t have a clue where to start. Shawn was instrumental in guiding us through the entire process. I gave her our destination and approximate budget and she took off! She gave me different flight options and was available to answer all my questions. I kept her on her toes because we kept changing the flight dates and time frames and Shawn kept right up with our changes. She kept me updated through the process and provided all the information I needed (good and bad) in order to make an informed decision. We were under a lot of stress and pressure and Shawn provided the zen I needed to keep 6 people on track for the trip. I can’t recommend Shawn enough and will definitely go to her with all my travel needs. She was my lifesaver and I know she’ll be yours too!
