She was phenomenal she planned from beginning to end

It was easy to work with Juliet overall. I would’ve liked less emails. Important information in some of the emails were difficult to read due to font coloring. Excursions/Activities information at the beginning, so we avoid sold-outs. Also, work with us to choose our airline seats and options to spend more for upgrades/comfort. Italia Airlines was a no-no!
