Michelle did an amazing job helping us with our trip! When I first started looking at Disney on my own, it was very overwhelming. Thanks to Michelle, she took all the stress out of planning and helped us have an incredible time at Disney. She even helped us when we had questions while at the park! We could not have done this without her and I highly recommend Michelle when looking to make your travel plans.

Michelle planned out family vacation to Disney. She was always available to help. She fielded questions big and small, helped me make informed decisions about photo passes, dining options, etc. I always felt comfortable asking and always got quick, in-depth replies. Verizon communications went down the day of our departure and without Michelle's email help, I probably would have missed my ride to the airport. She took away the stress and allowed me to really enjoy my family vacation!

Michelle cares about getting you not only what you want, but has all the tips and tricks to save as much money as possible. But if you feel like spending money or are curious about adding added value benefits to your excursion, she will either have the answer or GET you the answer quickly! She also thoroughly enjoys being immersed in your actual trip and loves to see photos and videos of all the good times she helped you create!

Working with Michelle was amazing. Planning our first Disney World vacation with kids was already stressful enough but Michelle helped with everything from suggestions, best locations, most fun, and even helped us plan food, rides, hotel, everything! Since you have to book food and rides months in advance it can be stressful but Michelle nailed it out of the park and we had an amazing trip. I would recommend her to anyone for any travel but especially her Disney World expertise is top notch!

She was very patient with all my requests of what the cost would be for staying a different number of nights & at different resorts & helped me find the best deal. I also had a problem when trying to pay with a gift card & she was very patient & helpful. She called me right before our trip and answered all of my questions. The whole experience was excellent! I tried to book a multi stop trip to Germany by myself and could not afford everything I wanted to accomplish. Michelle was able to book my trip from flights, trains, car pick ups, hotels and everything worked out perfectly. It was much more affordable than I expected. I will definitely work with her again.

Michelle did everything for us for our trip to Universal. It was our first trip there with our children and it was such a relief to have a person so very knowledgeable plan our trip. I didn't have to think about anything except what to pack! The hotel we stayed at was FANTASTIC and was exactly what we were looking for (big pool with service, short walk to universal, comfortable rooms). She was an absolute pleasure to work with! We are going to use her again for our next trip for sure.
