Shellie was amazing planning a trip with two moms and 12 college kids! She sorted through all the details with each kid and figured out the room arrangements and how to best organize ourselves for the trip. The itinerary she created was SPOT ON and very thorough. She always responded back to each of us when we had questions and made sure we were complete covered during the pandemic with additional documentation etc.. I contacted her literally hours before it for more information and she went above and beyond to ensure we knew the time, the name of the driver, the bus number, etc. It was such a relief to know someone was looking out for us back home. Because of the information she gave us, we felt much more comfortable and safer and were able to enjoy an amazing excursion experience. We had a great trip to Hawaii, and everything went off without a hitch. The excursions were pre-paid and they were expecting us when we arrived.

I had a great experience working with Shellie. I was planning a 2 week trip to Europe with my nephew and niece. We went to London, Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy. She helped with my plane and hotel reservations. She also made recommendations on what apps to make train reservations. Shellie did not blink when 6 weeks before the trip we decided to make a change to our trip and helped me make the changes.

We loved Shellie! She is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We have never traveled outside of the United States or stayed at an all inclusive resort before. So we roughly told her what we wanted and she gave us several options to go through/choose from ( I think there were 12 of them) Once we chose our resort, she handled everything. This was really great for us, no worries, no stress over anything at all. Anything that could or might change/happen, Shellie was there to take care of it. So again, no worries for us. She answered all questions we had, always nice and knowledgeable. We feel blessed to have gotten Shellie the first day we called Travel Advantage. Her knowledge and expertise were greatly appreciated. The Hard Rock in PV was a nice resort. The food was great at night, the breakfasts and lunch was your general all inclusive. The weather was awesome!! Mid 80's and cloudless, just georgeous.

Shellie was amazing! She kept us informed of travel restrictions and flight changes as they occurred and without her assistance we would have done our Covid tests on me day too early which would have caused us to have a very large unexpected expense testing at the airport!!
