I began my relationship with The Joy of Travel as a customer and in 2012 was the first agent Joy brought on board. Since then, I have been recognized as one of the top travel professionals in the country! I am proud to have numerous awards under my belt and have been honored to attended countless elite, invitation only industry events. In 2019 I was selected as a Guide for the Future Leaders in Travel Retreat, a prestigious event for the top travel professionals under 40. I have also been featured in travel publications such as Travel Weekly and Travel Age West.
I have always been passionate about travel, about expanding my worldwide experiences, and about quality vs quantity. I have traveled to some incredible destinations including Italy, Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Alaska, Hawaii, and of course all over the Caribbean and Mexico. My first hand knowledge of resorts and destinations, along with my strong industry connections is what sets my services apart from the rest.

Kassey has been amazing throughout every trip we have booked through her. Our original resort that was booked for our honeymoon caught on fire 4 weeks before our departure. I don’t know why I ever sweated it a minute because Kassey got us rebooked in less than a week and ate the price difference out of her own pocket. Coming from two 25 year olds who just got married and were maxed out on budget that was the nicest thing ever and we greatly appreciated that. Any questions I’ve ever had even after hours she answers very quickly. We love Kassey and will always book through her!!!

Kassey was wonderful! Our original trip had to be rescheduled last minute for personal reasons and she took care of everything! She was able to take a stressful last minute situation and turn it into a no-stress event. Her tips were wonderful and made the whole trip a breeze. This was our first time working with a travel agent and we will use Kassey in the future for all of our trips!

Of all the places I have traveled, this was by far the most hassle free vacation I have ever went on.
