Layne helped us navigate a complicated spring break trip for our seniors. We needed an all inclusive resort and also wanted some excellent amenities and top shelf food. We reviewed a few and settled on Xcaret Arte in Mexico. It was a wonderful trip and everyone enjoyed it. We had a group split off about a month before the trip due to a travel advisory. She worked tirelessly to rebook each family. Those of us that stuck with the original plan had an amazing experience and many want to return. Through alot of challenges Layne was excellent.
