My career in travel started when I was a young adult needing assistance with my own arrangements for a long dreamed of vacation to Hawaii.  My small hometown travel agency designed the long-awaited trip to perfection, and then began my love for helping others make their travel dreams become a reality. My interest in my new career must have showed, because I was handpicked to join their agency.  I was very fortunate to have been mentored by four of the top credentialed travel consultants in the industry at that time.  Between them, they had several years and millions of miles of traveled destination experience, as well as travel agency ownership.  I will always be grateful to them.

From there my career blossomed.  I was employed by a major airline for several years as a Reservation Sales Agent. Personalized customer service was an important part of every phone conversation with a prospective passenger, so many hours of ongoing training were provided to perfect each call.  Fortunately, my people skills excelled, as well as the art of making travel arrangements. When my travel career took a detour, as life does to us sometimes, I was able to transfer the outstanding customer service knowledge I possessed to other work environments.

I created Cossette's Dream Getaways to provide excellent service, while focusing on your unique vacation requests, budget, and needs.  By sharing my firsthand knowledge of the most popular destinations, cruises, and experiences, I will make sure your vacation is truly memorable.  Unlike booking websites, I'll go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met, and all your questions are answered.  That's personal attention you won't find anywhere else.
