I recommend her all the time! We will and we have called Laurie for every vacation! We have used her services for years! Love her suggestions and she always finds us the best deals. She knows how to pick us the perfect hotel room and amenities! She answers questions very timely, however, we rarely have questions because she is very thorough! When we needed to cancel our trip, she did it timely and with kindness. Laurie has made every experience with her excellent!

I have booked several trips with Laurie and keep coming back. She is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and patient! She has a great knowledge base of destinations and price ranges and can flex up or down depending on our needs. On our most recent trip to Hawaii, she became a vital asset when our daughter ended up having knee surgery 1 month prior to our departure date. Once I informed Laurie of the issue, she stepped up to make sure our flights and hotels could accommodate our daughter and was very patient with this nervous mom! We have booked trips with Laurie to Costa Rica, Beaver Creek, Colorado, Playa del Carmen, Mexico, & Hawaii - Oaho & Maui.

We approached Laurie to plan an Australia land tour prior to our booked transpacific cruise. She jumped right in and provided great support from day 1 through the actual trip.Laurie built a 2 week itinerary for us, always listening to what we valued and wanted in our trip. She was incredibly prompt and responsive to all questions and concerns that we had.
Laurie was able to walk us through some confusing paperwork, made suggestions that enhanced our trip, and even contacted us at a hotel in Australia to make sure we knew about a change in tour plans. Having never traveled to Australia before, Laurie made the trip comfortable for us and a "once in a lifetime" experience. We couldn't have done it without her.

Our travel agent of many years had retired and we were searching for a new agent. Laurie was fantastic! She helped us plan our flights to Mongolia for the Golden Eagle Festival in September, 2022. Laurie is a wonderful agent. She made sure everything went smoothly without a hitch. We flew to Niagra Falls, took a train (sleeper car) to Nova Scotia, flew to Bar Harbor, Maine to see more falls colors. It was a trip of a lifetime.

We wanted to take a long and complex trip by train and car, and Laurie came highly recommended. She worked with us from the very beginning to find the best and most reasonably priced routes for our trip which included roommettes and sleeper cars on Amtrak, as well as rental cars when train connections weren't available. We had some adventures with cancelled and delayed trains, and Laurie was right there helping us navigate the changes so we could continue to enjoy our long-delayed vacation. Laurie also advocated for us with the travel insurance folks. She went above and beyond.
We hope to take another trip soon and we would definitely use Laurie again.

We love Playa

Laurie talked to us about Playa del Carmen and we booked a resort in Playacar. We loved the area - the beach and Playa del Carmen! Over the years, Laurie booked multiple trips to PDC for us. She was always been patient with us and helped us learn the town & resorts. As we changed our wants and needs and traveled with others, Laurie always took great care of us. Laurie always beat the prices the people traveling with us found online! The only time we had any problem (transfer van to airport), I phoned Laurie. By the time my sister in law and children arrived at the airport, Laurie had reimbursed her.We have recommended Laurie to our friends and family, who now recommend Laurie to others! Our family and friends have booked trips to Europe, central America, etc with her.
