I have been in the travel business for over 43 years and have experienced the ever changing world of travel. Having traveled myself to so many countries and almost all of the United States. I have had the opportunity to experience many interesting cultures and have seen some of the most amazing sites in the world. I’ve had the pleasure of arranging some of the most creative & one of kind trips for my clients, from renting a seven bedroom luxury tree house in the rain forest of Costa Rica to chartering a private sailing yacht for a family reunion cruising around the Greek islands. I would say that Greece is one of my favorite all time destinations as well as Italy. Because of my extensive knowledge I add value to your travel experience.
One thing I have learned throughout my career as a travel professional is that the Internet cannot replace the one-on–one relationship that a true travel professional can offer his or her clients. Helping you to create lasting memories.

I have been working with Lisa and her associates for few years now, and we keep coming back. And not just that, but we have also recommended Lisa to our friends. The only explanation to this an excellent service combined with comprehensive knowledge of the destinations, best hotels, resorts, cruises and activities there.We were very impressed with level of detail in research related to our trips, prompt responses... and patience and flexibility with our indecisiveness and/or constant mind/schedule changes (sorry!).
We had trips and cruises organized by Lisa for us and our friends, multiple couples, from different states, and even countries, that required logistics, and accommodating to different tastes.
Every time it has been a great experience! If I would have to choose one... nope, all were great! Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Dominican... all of them!

Great Travel Agent and Agency

If you need a reason not to book vacations on line, look no further than Lisa. A recent experience; Lisa had booked my wife and me on Cunard's Queen Victoria. Specific cabin selected, deposits paid leaving a balance in excess of $4000. When the final payment was due, Lisa called Cunard and asked if they had any current promotions. By doing this Lisa kept us in the same cabin and saved us over $2000 on this voyage. Yes, not a misprint, TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS! This would never have happened with an internet booking. Lisa has always gone the extra mile and we have recommended her to several friends who have all been afforded the same stellar treatment. All the staff at this Travel Leaders office follow her example and they work as a great team. Knowing that Lisa and the girls always take great care of us from planning, to execution, to arrive home debrief you receive the 'full package.' If we are driving by we drop in to say 'Hi' as it always brightens our day. Keep it up.

I met Lisa 5 years ago when I walked into her travel agency to book our 30th anniversary trip. She created a trip for us that was fantastic - we flew to Barcelona (she recommended and booked a fantastic hotel), recommended restaurants and excursions and took care of every detail. We took a cruise from Barcelona to France, and Italy and it was amazing. She sent us wine to our cabin and took care of everything. We had to do nothing but show up. I have recommended her to everyone I know, and they all love her. Lisa clearly has compassion for her job. She makes a point of getting to know you, so she can create vacations that she knows you will love. She is currently booking a trip for our 35th wedding anniversary. She has been spending months working on this for us - we keep changing our minds and changing plans and she never gets frustrated, but keeps on smiling. We also love to cruise and Lisa has booked some great cruises for us, taking care of EVERY detail. She is AMAZING!

Lisa organized a family vacation for us which included arranging travel, rental cars and accommodations for family members from three different states! She was full of recommendations for places to stay and things to do at each location we visited, and was available to us at any time, day or night, to answer our questions! It was the most well organized, worry free travel experience we have ever had! We had a Mediterranean cruise planned for 2019, Covid cancelled that cruise. We decided to rebook for 2023, we used Lisa to plan our first cruise and she was so helpful and thoughtful both planning and unplanning our 2019 trip that we know we would use her again when it was time to plan for 2023! Lisa is the very best travel agent! Being new to cruising Lisa helped with the booking of a a family cruise to Alaska for 10 people. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, booked all the plane tickets and hotel in Seattle. Because of all that planning we had a fabulous cruise. As President of the GFWC Florida Federation of Women's Clubs she suggested I have a fundraising cruise. She and her staff did all the paperwork, had 160 ladies go on that cruise and it was extremely successful. She initiated a room on the ship so that I could have a mini meeting aboard.
I booked a cruise in October to Bermuda out of New York and Lisa took care of that as well. I am now going on another fundraising cruise for the GFWC Florida Federation on January 29, 2017 that she put together
Lisa is a very personable, attentive to you personally, listens to your wants, suggests trips, calls you with promotional cruises and gets you excited to want to keep cruising.
I wouldn't book a cruise with anyone

Lisa and the team are the best agents I have used over the last 30 years. They are helpful, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They are very accurate at making all types of reservations. They suggest alternatives be it cost, alternative flights, hotels, or rental cars to provide me the best deal possible. They have always been there in a pinch and able to "rescue" me from any travel snafu I have put myself into. They have made my travel life easy. They are the best at what they do.
