Disney and Tropical Vacations Specialist

Disney has been my favorite thing for as long as I can remember.  It started with loving the movies and characters and as I've grown older it has turned into a love and appreciation for the theme parks.  

I travel to Walt Disney World several times a year and each time that I step onto Main Street, I am just as excited as the first time!  I became a vacation planner in 2018 because I wanted to be able to share my love and knowledge of Disney with everyone!  My family and friends were always asking me about the parks, tickets, lines and dining so I realized that I had the ability to help them make the most of their Disney vacation.  

Planning any vacation can be overwhelming but with my guidance and support you will not experience any of that stress!  I am always learning, constantly researching changes and creating different strategies to use at the parks.  Using all that knowledge, I can create a personalized itinerary made just for your family that will allow you to maximize your time and enjoy more moments with your loved ones. 

The magic of a Disney Vacation is what every family wants to experience, but they are unsure where to start. Working with an agent such as myself, gives you all the keys you need to create the memories of a lifetime!

When I'm not planning Disney Vacations, you will find me working on tropical vacations!  All-inclusive resorts, cruises and land vacations are are a great way to relax and reconnect!

Bahamas and Epcot

We’re so glad we worked with this highly recommended travel agent. Everything in our plan happened just as she said it would, leading to an stress-free experience for my wife and I. After the Bahamas we extended our vacation with 2 days at Epcot. I believe because of her planning we were able to see everything on our list in the one day, and also had a rest time built in to enjoy our resort, and to top it off, we’re able to get dinner reservations in the evening at a highly sought after restaurant. Heather was so helpful to us during planning for our Disney vacation. We started discussing with her a trip to Disneyland but then we pivoted to a Disney cruise. Never having cruised before, Heather provided us all the info we needed both before booking and then prior to cruising. She was always available to answer questions (and I had a lot!) and gave us a very detailed packet of info which was very helpful with packing, what to expect, and how to navigate certain experiences on the ship. Having had a great time as a family with our 5 yo daughter, we decided to book another cruise and would not think of doing so again without using Heather!

Heather was great to work with! She was very responsive, helpful and answered all my questions - big and small!! She was detailed in explaining the various types of packages we could get including on site hotels and the amenities. Heather booked all of our park days and sent a useful tips/tricks packet to help navigate the mobile app and parks. We referred to it several times during our stay.
