You will also receive a detailed and thorough document packet from me that will give you all of the information you will need before and during your vacation.

Run into a problem or a situation during your trip? I am always just a quick phone call away, and I promise that I will always do my utmost to address any issues that may be affecting your travels. Recently, for example, thunderstorms closed an airport that my client was originally scheduled to land at. The airlines said it would take my client three days to get home. But that wasn't going to happen under my watch. I rebooked my client to another airport and got her a rental car to drive the rest of the way home instead. She was at her doorstep in less than a day's time.
