We loved that she could speak to the parks, restaurants, events, etc firsthand because she has so much experience being there. She was easy to work with and made our planning and booking process so smooth! She even gave our kids some Disney gifts before we left! We will definitely be using Michelle for our next trip!

During the long planning phase, Michelle provided excellent options for lodging, restaurants, park passes, mobility and stroller rentals and flights. While we were at Disney, she was immediately available to help with any questions or concerns. She is a tremendous resource!
