She set up a surprise birthday welcome for my girls. She verified everything through a very trying travel time. Our trip happened unaltered, but I knew if things changed, she would let us know.

Stefanie was extremely patient with us. She planed our original trip pre COVID but of course we had to reschedule twice due to that. We are so glad that we used her to plan our trip because everything worked out great. She checked in with us everyday we were gone to make sure everything was going correctly. She helped us plan a Destination Wedding of 100 people from all over the country. Due to Covid, we had to push everything back and Stefanie was ON TOP OF IT. She was able to process refunds, deal with resorts/FunJet delays and reprocess every single person. She even met us at the resort during our stay to make sure that all of our guests were able to check in successfully. My husband and I contacted Stefanie at the 11th hour to plan an itinerary for our trip to New Zealand over Christmas. Stefanie is very detail oriented and we loved that! She planned everything perfectly and her communication was impeccable. We felt totally prepared for everything. Had a great experience working with Stefanie on our recent trip to Thailand to visit our son who we hadn’t seen in 3 years, and to celebrate our 50 anniversary. Well she’s done it again, folks! My husband and I had a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico in February 2023. It was beautiful, perfect and everything we could have imagined. It would not have happened without Stefanie. We had 120 people coming from all over the US. Some were well traveled and some had never left the country. Stefanie did an excellent job planning our magical getaway. I had nothing to worry about as she booked our hotel, sit down restaurant reservations and Fast Passes. It's very easy to get distracted while in Walt Disney World, but she was very organized and gave us a daily plan with Fast Track times and reservation confirmation numbers, which kept us on track while in the parks. She had tips and tricks for the best viewing spots and when to get to the parks. She checked on us multiple times to make sure that we were doing well and to find out if we needed anything. We commented over and over that we would not have had the same experience had it not been for her. I would not book a Disney vacation without her. Her dedication to her customer is top notch!
