Terri helped us every step of the way with planning our first Disney trip with 3 kids ages 10 months, 3.5 and 5.5! Terri arranged a wonderful week vacation for my family and i at Dreams Play Mujeres in Cancun Mexico !She arranged direct transport to and from airport and got us a great deal on the upgraded Preferred room package. Very professional and pleasant experience using Terri as our travel agent.

Terri was great. Communicated quickly and accurately. Gave her opinion and advise when asked but didn’t push her ideas. Made all our reservations. Reminded us of important dates. Checked in to make sure everything was a planned.
