It was a great experience. She was able to navigate the Amtrak system
and secure a booking for me from Chicago to Seattle. I wouldn't have
been able to do it by myself.

Unfortunately, the Amtrak experience didn't turn out too well. It had
absolutely nothing to do with Melissa. All of the problems with the trip
were due to poor Amtrak "management".

We visited all three parks and spent time at City Walk shopping and dining. We loved staying on Universal property almost everything was in walking distance or a short boat ride. Volcano Bay was the only one we had to shuttle but that was really quick and easy too. We took and uber to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and stopped at Disney Springs. I would highly recommend using an agent as it made the planning so much easier, they do all the work, and you pick from the options she gives you. We recently booked a complex trip which included four flights, three accommodations, two car rentals on 3 different Islands : Oahu, Kauai and Maui in Hawaii for a group of 8 people. My trips are usually close enough to drive, or book my airlines myself. I have not traveled by Airlines for pleasure in sometime, and certainly not on such a whim. My experience with Melissa will make me reconsider calling her for travel plans in the future.

Melissa did an outstanding job for us. Our trip was very complicated as we used many different travel types. We flew to Prague, spent time there on our own. Then we took a train to Munich, joined a tour group and traveled throughout Germany and Austria. We then flew to London for a few days on our own. Finally, we traveled to South Hampton where we boarded the Queen Mary 2 for our return to the US. Melissa thought of things that never crossed our minds. Her hotel choices were first class all the way. She provided a well organized folder with detailed information about all our transportation, lodging and events and COVID procedures. Working with Melissa over the years has been a joy! She gets to know you personally so she understands what you are looking for on your vacation. She provides you with options & follows up with you afterwards to make sure it was all you expected. She listens to you & helps to make changes if needed.

We did a lot of research on the best travel agent in the area. She was at the top of this list & proved to us time over time why she was. She helped plan our extended family of 15 trip to Disney June 2022. She helped us coordinate airline tickets, hotel & park tickets/reservations & much more. She helped us pick out the perfect Disney resort for our family that was close to the parks & had everything needed for our family (great pool, activities for the kids & a wonderful restaurant). She explained in detail the benefits of magic bands and Disney PhotoPass. She helped us purchase/reserve tickets in each park & gave us wonderful advice about what order to do the parks & how to spread them out so that we could enjoy free time & time at parks. Our trip went flawlessly. Everyone had a wonderful time & all of Melissa’s tips were invaluable especially how to get the most out of the Genie+ & lining up transportation to/from the airport.

When we decided to plan a trip we were getting overwhelmed by the choices and information. We knew we wanted a sunny beach somewhere, but didn't have a specific destination in mind. Melissa was so helpful in taking our criteria and giving us suggestions that fit the bill. It was great to have some insider info about which resorts had what we were looking for.

We ended up selecting the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic based on Melissa's suggestion and it could not have been more perfect! The resort itself is huge which allows for a variety of different activities. There are like 13 different pools so everyday you can do something different if you want! Service was AMAZING and the resort itself was beautiful. We will definitely go back!
