I am a loyal client and will forever be grateful for Tawana’s DreamCations! She helped me book my 19th birthday in Jamaica and 20th birthday in Los Cabos. There was no issues everything went smoothly to and from both trips. She also helped put in a good word to have my room decorated for my birthday which really meant a lot, book with her!!!

Best travel agent! I am a loyal repeat client. Tawana is a very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly travel agent. Recommend awesome resorts and took care everything needed to travel (flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, excursions etc.). She also goes the extra mile, if traveling for a special occasion she alway makes sure to inform the resort to ensure as guests we get a little something special in our rooms. We also entrusted her to be our travel agent for our destination wedding. She handled a group of about 80 people with ease and made the process as smooth as possible for everyone attending! Any questions or issues we had with the resort or airline she was able to answer or assist with in a very timely manner. Absolutely would recommend her and would definitely use her again!!

She even instructed our resort concierge to follow through in arranging us an anniversary surprise complete with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a bubble bath and more!

I have attended one trip planned by Tawana's DreamCations, LLC in May 2022, and have another one planned in April 2023. I will also be using her at the end of 2022 for a graduation trip (Masters Degree!) for me and my husband! She is very responsive and caters to everything her clients ask for! What can I say, Tawana is by far the best travel agent I’ve had (and I’ve had a few), from the very Beginning stages she was knowledgeable about all aspects of my trip, she was extremely patient, understanding, always available and genuinely concerned with all my many many questions, she literally held my hand throughout the whole process as this was my first European trip, we traveled to Italy and from there cruised the Greek Isles, it was nice just to pack my bags and go and not have to worry about all the middleman stuff such as transfers site seeing tours, interim Accommodations, there is absolutely no doubt that she will be planning my next vacations , Thank You Tawana /Tawana’s Dreamcation

I am so grateful I chose Tawana's Dreamcations to book this trip! Arriving to the resort was seemless. She is SUPERB in handling all of your travel needs. One of my latest trips with this company is where I visited Isla Mujeres where the views were specular. The food options were amazing. The night light was so adventurous with great food and entertainment. I relaxed on the beaches and cabana's... I have been on many trips in which she has booked and I can't wait to book again. Where do I even begin!! My Experience has been absolutely AMAZING! From the very beginning of planning this trip, up until even today! You were so hands on, informative attentive and professional. As far as the trip itself, OMG, it was breath taking. The resort staff was so nice and were there to make sure our experience was unforgettable, and u can say without a doubt it truly was. I will never forget it. It was my 1st time in Cabo and I’m already looking forward to go again. The rooms were so clean, and the bed was soooooo comfortable. The sound of the waves put me to sleep every night. I actually came home and looked on Utube to find similar sounds of crashing waves lol. The food was amazing as well. If I had to chose how many stars the resort and my experience with you it would be +10. Thank you again for such an amazing experience, I look forward to making many more memories with your help.

Tawana is so friendly and professional. When I had an issue with my booking she committed hours of her time on hold waiting to speak to a representative on my behalf and was successful at solving the issue. I can tell she’s passionate and love what she does. She sent periodic emails on travel tips and was very knowledgeable about Covid-19 protocols in the United States and the travel destination. She contacted me the day of my vacation to have a great time and safe travels. I highly recommend her she’s the best!
