Diana is phenomenal. She was there every step in planning the trip, and it felt like she was right there by our side (or even a step ahead of us) on our trip to Europe. She brings great wisdom and is attentive to every detail. Always. It was my first time to travel out of the country with our son, and Diana put herself in our shoes, drawing on her wisdom and experience, and envisioning and creating a trip that fit us. And, I needed a travel agent who was patient, and Diana is so patient. And, we had an awesome trip!

I decided to give Diana a try a couple of years ago after going several years arranging all of my own travel on the internet and being skeptical of the value of a travel advisor. She has proved her value over and over again since then. Most recently I had an issue with a luxury cruise line that messed up the logistics of a land excursion. They promised some compensation but were really unresponsive until she took control of the situation and lobbied on my behalf with her usual dogged persistence, coupled with diplomatic charm. Solely because of her efforts, the cruise line compensated me more than fairly for the inconvenience. This is the kind of "above and beyond" service she provides on a regular basis. She is a master, as I have come to expect, of the basic travel arrangements, which are a given in today's online world. She's simply a joy to work with, turning the drudgery of travel logistics into a pleasure. I'm a client for life now.

Diana and I worked very closely together planning our trip to Europe. I relied on her advice for making our travel plans. I was quite pleased with her hotel recommendations. She made all of our flight arrangements. Those were good as well.

Fabulous! She went above and beyond. She booked us in the best hotel, with the best guides and drivers! She also cooked all our lunch and dinner reservations and checked on us during the trip. I owe Diana so much. It was a last minute trip and she coordinated it all while she was out of town herself! I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely use her again.

This was my wife and I's first time using a travel planner and did not know what to expect going in to the meeting. After meeting with Diana, we felt that we were in great hands and very well taken care of. All of our transportation, air fare, accommodations and travel from island to island was ALL taken care of! Not having the stress and worry to book places to stay or travel was such a stress relief! Diana was great in booking everything for us, we were more than pleasantly surprised and this made our trip so memorable! This was our first trip out into Europe and we found Miss Diana through a Google search while looking for some help finding good places to stay in the areas where we wished to go. Miss Diana jumped right on board and had us setup for our two week excursion in just a few weeks. She gave solid choices and once we decided what we liked, arranged excellent lodging, business class airfare, private drivers, private tours, reservations for restaurants and more and more and more. Our trips to Reims in France, Florence, Tuscany and Venice Italy would never, ever have been as good without her. We are utilizing her expertise again in May of 2024 for another trip back to Europe and will continue to seek her out for everything else we need as it pertains to travel outside the USA. Diana was fantastic! I had no idea how to choose a resort in the Riviera Maya and knew I needed help. Luckily I found Diana. She listened to our needs and budget and suggested several options, noting pros and cons of each. We settled on the Riu Palace Riviera Maya and it turned out to be perfect! Beautiful resort, great food options, upgraded room, shuttle transportation to and from the airport. It couldn’t have been easier! Diana has first hand experience with many of the properties she works with and won’t steer you wrong!

Diana was great to work with. She asked all the right qeustions to see what we were looking for before she made recommendations on where to travel as well as where to stay. She communicated with us right before our trip to make sure we didn't need anything and finalized our arrival at our destination. The extra perks ( Room upgrade, rooms with a fabuous view, late checkout, etc) included booking thru Integra Travel were great. Will definitely use Integra for our next travel adventure!!
