I've been in the travel industry since 1976. My area of expertise is Luxury vacations and cruises. I especially love small ships and small group tours. I've traveled on many cruises both large and small. My favorite form of travel is small ships with nature themes.
I also love traveling in Europe and I've been on both small tours and small cruises in Europe.
I love cruising on the smaller ships because of the nature experiences and cultural experiences that you can see in depth and close up. Many of the ships include nature and experts and marine biologists.
Many of the cruises also feature fantastic food and wine experiences featuring local cuisine and customs.
I've found over my many years of travel, that every destination I've travelled to exceeded my expectations and I learned so much more than I could every imagine.
Travel is so satisfying and the memories made from travel are priceless.

Robin's enthusiasm for travel makes her a perfect travel agent to work with. She did not just make arrangements for our trip, she found joy in providing us with a wonderful experience from the beginning of the planning stage to the Welcome Home! email we received on our return.Robin made all of the arrangements for our Scandinavian Tour. She always double checks every detail and document to make sure the trip will go smoothly. She even made calls to verify various things like what seats we have on a particular flight. In addition, she was able to find discounts that we did not even know existed and took care of making sure they were applied to bring the cost of the trip down.
We love going into plan our next trip with Robin -- in fact we have two more trips in the works with her right now. She makes the whole experience fun and exciting and we have full confidence she will take care of all of the plans for us. We just have to sit back and relax.

Robin was essential in planning a trip I have wanted to do for the last decade. After giving her what ideas we were looking for and areas to visit, she was able to work up a trip that covered everything we wanted to see and do, plus a bunch more that we were not aware of.I would defiantly recommend her to friends and or family for travels abroad. I am currently working with her on a trip for this year 2016. I am willing to bet that my friends that are going on this year’s trip will be more than happy to speak with her again on future trips themselves.

Working to develop a trip and itinerary with Robin is a joy! She listens to what you wish to accomplish, and offers helpful tips and suggestions. She is a friendly individual by nature, so communicating with her over the phone or email is easy and a fun experience. Additionally, her professionalism is exceptional from beginning to end. Most importantly, should a problem arise with a trip or its itinerary, she is able and willing to intercede and help on your behalf, to its final resolution. We've used Robin for several of our trips; all handled beautifully.

Robin has always been there for us. She has been conscientious in coordinating both work and vacation travel for us for around thirty years. She is knowledgeable, giving helpful travel suggestions. She always follows up for us if we run into snags. Robin is great!

Trip to Australia

Our daughter was studying in Australia for a semester and we decided it was a good time to go visit/vacation. I tend to book trips myself after reading reviews on the internet. This trip was a big one and I was overwhelmed with where to start. I finally remembered Prestige Travel as my mom had used them for many trips.I cannot begin to express what a great move that was. I met with Robin and she immediately put me at ease and let me know we could get this done. She listened to what we wanted and went to work. After going back and forth a few times we had everything set up for our 2 1/2 week trip. From the time we left the states to arriving in Sydney everything went off without a hitch! All the hotels, excursions were on point. We had cars waiting for us at the airport and back at the hotel when we were leaving for the next leg of our trip. Our splurge was a helicopter ride to the Great Barrier Reef. What a memorable experience that was! Robin helped us to catch the travel bug

Robin is always available to help solve the most involved travel request for business and private travel for me and my family. She has very often found incredible cost savings. She has also assisted in the middle of trips when changes have become necessary.
