Saved Our Honeymoon!

We cannot thank Kris enough for saving our honeymoon. The original resort we were staying at recently had a major seaweed problem which stunk up the whole place. It was to the point that nobody went to the beach because the smell was so bad. Since people were not at the beach, everyone stayed by the pool, but now there were not enough chairs to support everyone. Visitors were stuck in their rooms because of this.I called Kris, and within a few hours she was able to move us to another resort. She confirmed that there were no issues with the beach (even e-mailed us a picture). When we got there, the beaches were beautiful, the service was great, and we had a wonderful time. The resort was much nicer than the original one we booked.
I would recommend Kris to anyone as she was super friendly and easy to work with. We definitely plan on booking our next trip through Kris.

This was the first major trip in my adult life -- I am scared to fly but my daughter was graduating vet school in the UK , and I would not miss it. I am unfamiliar with the workings of planning a trip, and I could not have accomplished it without Kris' knowledge and expertise. Every flight, hotel, driver, tour and rental car was planned and scheduled perfectly and there was not one issue throughout the entire trip. Not only did Kris assist me with all the London details, but she also was a key player in setting up the second half of our trip to Scotland. She was more than a travel agent, she was personally involved with our trip and it was obviously very important to her that everything be just right. She gave me the pep talk to get on the plane and go -- it will all be worth it. And it was. A great trip thanks to Kris Levy.

Kris was amazing to say the least! We had approx 83 guests travel to our wedding in Playa Mujeres, Mexico and my husband I never had to worry about the travel arrangements. Kris worked with the resort to make sure everything was seamless and we could never have done it without her. I never felt one ounce of stress while planning our wedding and even though she wasn't on the trip with us she still ensured that everything was going as planned. Kris even provided us with a romantic dinner on her, seriously so sweet. We can't thank her enough for making this trip simply perfect.

The Beach House Turks and Caicos

I just wanted to send a quick email - it’s AMAZING. Like there are not enough adjectives. The resort is exactly what we were looking for - so much so that we are already planning a trip back next year. We ended up with the first floor corner pool room right next to the restaurant and although I asked for second floor it really could not be more perfect - I would not have liked second floor as much, you were absolutely right!! The oceanfront rooms look incredible but for the savings and amount of time we spend in them our room is simply perfection. The quieter beach, reserved chairs, and levels of service are outstanding Thank you a million times over for the recommendation.

I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding travel agent Kris Levy from your East Greenwich office is. We have booked several vacations with Kris and she constantly goes above and beyond. She works tirelessly to make sure that we get the best experience. We had a vacation planned for this year but due to the virus we had to cancel. Kris was diligent in making sure we received a full refund, including our airfare which we thought we might lose.
She is so good that I have recommend her to several acquaintances, who have booked vacations through her with extremely satisfying results.
She is a joy to work and her dedication to the customer is unparalleled. We are very lucky having a travel agent like her and look forward to working with her on our future vacations.

Kris has the most amazing ability to put together trips. She managed to book my sisters and me on a trip to the DR flying out of three different airports and arriving at the same time. We had the best sister vacation ever playing on the beach in Punta Cana!! She managed to put together the flights, ground transportation and all-inclusive resort with only 10 days notice. It was perfect!!

Kris was fantastic to work with! She was a steady hand in a sea of COVID uncertainty and itinerary changes, and through it all planned a fantastic Thailand honeymoon for us within our budget. Bali Adventure

I hope you are well. I wanted to just send a note regarding the trip to Bali. Everything was planned perfectly. The excursions, the transfers/driver/tour guide, and locations were perfect. Everything was so smooth and easy.Just for future reference, the car service was great. We had the same driver and tour guide the entire two weeks. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and flexible. He let us plan the day and had great recommendations of things to do, where to eat etc. Also, for any transfers - they have a luggage truck that travels separate which was great.
The hotels were great - except for the gym situations...I don't think they like to work out in Bali (lol).
It was so great working with you and I will definitely refer you - and call you for our next adventure.

We had a an absolutely wonderful time, each location so different and rich in history and beauty. The weather was fantastic the whole trip, at times quite windy but actually was good as it provided a nice breeze to the sun. All the transfers were perfect and on time..no issues and the high speed ferries to Mykonos and Santorini were lots of fun, adventurous and different form of transportation for us 😊. Bought tons of stuff and took boatload of pictures…as remembrance of our vacation time.We appreciate all your assistance and knowledge..couldn’t have done it without your help and insights

Kris is the best! I have gone through her a few times now for travel & she is always consistent. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything I wanted for my trip I got & at the best price possible. She made it so easy for me to outline specific things I wanted for the trip and went out and found it. Each trip has been great, but this recent one specifically stood out. It was my sons military graduation/21st birthday celebration together. Every detail of our trip was perfect, from our flight, transport to/from the hotel, our resort and room. Just perfect! Even running into some hiccups with flight schedules due to recent events we were able to regroup and work around that without issue. She is prompt with communication via email or phone. Highly recommend & I will continue to use her services for more trips to come!

Stress free Ireland vacation

Kris was very helpful planning our trip and making it as stress free as possible. Her suggestion of hiring a driver for the week was on huge part of making our trip so relaxing. She also suggested that we stay in hotels instead of bed and breakfast Inn that was a perfect fit for our family

Destination Wedding Success!
Kris Levy is the best. My daughter and new son-in-law were married in Mexico all with the help from Kris. We started planning with her about a year and a half prior. We couldn’t be any happier. From our pick of resort, flights and all plans. We had 71 people book from RI and GA. 55 Traveled together out of Boston. By Bus from our home and returned back. Some used points and she took care of their travel and all others were in GA. Some issues with connections for one couple but Kris resolved it for them with no hassles. We booked a catamaran for our group the following day and Kris over saw it all. My husband and I were upgraded to a wonderful room with absolutely no idea. The Bride and Groom were upgraded to a wonderful suite which by far was amazing for a bridal party to get ready!!! Perfect is the only word! She is your go to girl!!! I have used her several times to plan vacations but this was by far way above and beyond! Thank you Kris and we look forward to our next trip!
