Great trip to Maui!

This trip to Maui was long overdue. We had to postpone it due to the pandemic. Karina was very helpful in rescheduling it for us and kept us informed of the ever changing requirements for travel. We had a great time visiting our son who lives on Maui as it had been a very long time since we'd seen him. Karina was has an extensive knowledge of Hawaii and keeps up to date on travel worldwide as well. I was very impressed that she also followed up after our return home and wanted to know how everything went while on our trip. Karina started helping us plan our cruise for last summer long before Covid began, and she has been amazing to work with. Needless to say our cruise was cancelled, and so was the rebooked one. Through this pandemic Karina has stayed in touch, offered ideas for places that are safe to visit, and she has now rebooked a third cruise for us for next summer, which we hope we get to enjoy. She has also recommended other places we could visit in spring just so we have something to look forward to. I have never worked with a travel agent before, but I found the best one to help us. Karina researched the trip based on my inquiry. She offered options to make our trip more enjoyable. She followed up with me on flights when she said. She booked everything from start to finish. It was so relaxing for us just to show up and enjoy! She provided a detailed itinerary and set up a call with us and our travelling partners to answer any questions we had. If she couldnt answer, she found out and followed up.
Since we were going in/out of the country, she provided the information and app to download and pre-enter passport, covid and other personal info so that when we went through customs, it was very smooth.

Perfect Hawaiian Vacation

Karina has helped me plan many of our best trips! The trip she planned to Maui and The Big Island was absolutely top tier!As we began planning the trip, I told her that there were 3 specific things I wanted to do as a family-kayak and snorkel with sea turtles, attend a luau, and swim with the giant manta rays at night. Karina proceeded to take it from there! She contacted her network of other travel agents and found out who had recently traveled to Hawaii and what the current situation was at particular properties BEFORE she recommended them to us. She was also on top of restaurant reservations, car rentals, and Covid precautions, making every day smooth and enjoyable. When my good friends first mentioned a destination wedding in Cancun, I was really excited! And then a slight wave of dread washed over me when I realized there would be additional challenges navigating an international trip in the era of COVID. Thankfully, Karina was involved with the trip planning details! She made sure every aspect of the trip was thought out ahead of time and kept me organized with all necessary documentation and testing, etc. On top of that, she helped our group find some fun excursions, and arranged seamless transportation to and from the airport. Ultimately, Karina helped reduce what could have been an organizational nightmare into a few easy to understand emails and she distilled all the details of the trip into a succinct itinerary.

A Wonderful Trip to Ireland

First, we planned this trip in 2019 and it was overtaken by COVID. Karina was excellent in helping keep our trip on track so we could finally take it in 2022. We were grateful for her patience and determination over 2+ years to help us make it a reality.Second, she was an expert guide in navigating the difficult travel environment in Europe in the summer of 2022. Just as our trip began, our return flight was cancelled. Karina took care of the rebooking and hotel and rental car adjustments so we could focus on our trip.
Third, we stayed in four cities while in Ireland, and in planning the trip we gave Karina guidance on the types of accommodations and experiences we wanted. And she nailed it. We were delighted by our hotels and the excursions we did. It was a fantastic trip.

Karina at Klassic Travel has done the impossible. My wife and I have six teenage kids so planning family vacations used to be almost as stressful as raising this crew. Roughly four years ago we decided to turn this task over to Karina, who has always exceeded all expectations. In this time we have booked three cruises and a couple of resort stays with Karina and each were as simple as a couple of e-mail exchanges. We simply provide her our rough criteria and budget and she provides us with a number of options to pick from. All quotes have been comparable to the best prices we could find online and the one time we found a better deal she was able to work with the cruise line to get us the discounted price. Karina is very detail oriented and even after booking she helped by printing all boarding documents, providing a document organizer that could hold all of our passports and other documents, providing high quality luggage tags, and so on. Now my most difficult chores include, finding a couple of chairs on the Lido deck and keeping our cocktails refreshed. Karina has always had good suggestions and made our vacation planning almost effortless. Thank you Karina; you are the BEST!!!

I was just about to give up on travel agents altogether until I worked with Karina! We've had some pretty awful experiences in the past and I was hesitant to use a travel agent again. She came recommended to us by a co-worker who frequently books with her, so I decided to give it one more shot. I'm so glad I did!From the very beginning, Karina was a pleasure to work with. She took notes of all of my concerns with past agents and the types of resorts we've liked and disliked. We weren't set on any one location. I gave Karina a list of places we've always wanted to see and our ideal budget. Within 24 hours she had multiple proposals for us to ponder.
Ultimately we decided to stay at Dreams Las Mareas in Costa Rica. Karina has been there herself, and that is always something I appreciate- the actual person experience review! Everything was exactly as she described! The giant pools scattered throughout the Costa Rican jungle and the idyllic beach cove. Loved it!

Karina handled 2 cruises and an overseas trip for me and my family. Her attention to detail, her patience, knowledge and willingness to be accessible throughout our trip are the attributes that I loved about her. She remained in constant contact with me prior to my trip and provided me with her contact information if I had any problems overseas(which I did not).
I am the type of person who used to handled all my own travel arrangements but now I go to Karina as the time saved and worry free travel are worth it to me.

We've used Karina's services on a couple of occasions. The first time was for a 3 week European tour for my family. She spent quite a bit of time going over details such as the type of accommodations that would suit my family, excursions, how to get around in each of the cities we were visiting, etc. The places that she wound up booking us to stay were remarkable. In Rome, we were right next to the Spanish Stairs with an amazing view of them right from our apartment. Our next trip was a 30 year anniversary vacation to Hawaii. Having never been to Hawaii and not really knowing where to go, she was quite helpful in that decision as well. Again, the accommodations that she helped us select for this special trip were awesome. She even made sure that they were aware of our anniversary and we wound up with vouchers for dinner and a bottle of champagne. I would definitely recommend Karina for your next trip.

Husband and teenage son and I wanted a tour of southern Italy. Karina set us up with wonderful places to stay, an itinerary that clearly provided transportation and sights, and a great working relationship so that our trip was stress-free. The planning was top-notch, her suggestions were all wonderful. We would do the exact same trip again if given the opportunity, trip of a lifetime. Amalfi Coast, car rentals, private transport, boat trip, beautiful hotels and tour guides. All perfect, highly recommend her services!

I typically like to plan my own travel, and was hestitant to turn that over to a travel agent. But, at the recommendation of a friend who has Karina plan all her trips, I gave it a try. All I can say is Karina exceeded all expectations and I will definitely have her help with our next big trip! Karina really listened to what we wanted, found a few itineraries and cruise lines for us to compare, anticipated our questions and was on top of every detail from beginning to end.
