I have been in the travel industry for over 35yrs. I love helping my clients plan not only their vacation, but I am helping the planning of making MEMORIES!! With the number of years I have been in the travel industry it gives me a lot of experience and knowledge.

I also love challenges, and for those locations/destinations I am unfamiliar with, I spend a lot time researching and reading reviews before I make any suggestions to my clients. 

I ask my clients qualifying questions, this helps me to know the right place and/or activities to help them plan.

Our family planned a very detailed trip to Italy. Michelle really made this process so easy for us, as she was happy to answer all of our questions (there were many!). She really listened to what we pictured for this great trip and made some suggestions that we didn't even think of...they panned out perfectly.  She would check in with us throughout the journey to make sure things were going well.  When we had a transfer situation arise (not her fault), she quickly reached out to the company and got it corrected!! We are already planning our next big vacation with Michelle.
