Fran has worked with me on a Hawaiian vacation, a sandals vacation, a Mediterranean cruise and a wedding destination for my brother. All have been great and she gets back to us very quickly and happily!

We as a couple and me by myself have been doing business with Fran since 1980 , seriously , she planned our honeymoon and we were very happy with all aspects of our trip .
We have gone on at least 7 cruises and she has planned them all.
We have gone to Mexico , Grand Cayman and several domestic trips that she has organized and handled them all , we don't have the first complaint .

For our first trip out of the country, Fran helped us tremendously. She guided us wisely with tips and thoughts we would not have known on our own, and possibly may not have gotten through our own research. Fran learned what we specifically wanted in a trip and directed us to the location that most closely matched our criteria. We were very, very happy with our end result - Turks & Caicos - and it measured up to be everything we were hoping for and expecting!

We couldn’t decide where to go on my son’s last spring break. We thought Europe since we hadn’t been there yet. We wanted something not too cold so were thinking Rome. Working with Mrs Klein(Fran) was a wonderful experience. She took her time to make sure we got everything we were hoping for during our vacation/anniversary trip. The best part was having a agent who had been to the place we wanted to visit and we were able to get all the dos and don'ts.

Fran has planned not just one, but two trips for my husband and I. She really listened to what we wanted out of a vacation and recommended the perfect places for us to visit that complimented our interests and budget. In 2016, she planned the perfect Hawaii Honeymoon for us, so we decided to use her services again this year to Riviera Maya, Mexico. When we approached Fran, we didn't know exactly where we wanted to go. We knew that we wanted white sand beaches and lots of activities/things to do. She asked us what we wanted to do and we gave her a list - a long list- that included zip-lining, hiking, swimming with sharks, etc. She suggested Mexico and she made it all happen - just like she had made our honeymoon the most magical vacation of our lives (only to be beat with this trip). We always listen to her recommendations and we just go with it, because we trust her knowledge and expertise. She would never recommend something that she isn't 100% confident about.

Fran was extremely professional and helpful. Her advice to download the Mobile Passport App and instructions on how to use it were amazingly helpful. We skipped a line of over 1,000 at customs in Atlanta for a line of about 8 people using the mobile app. Saved us an immense amount of time! My daughter turns 25 in December and we took an Alaskan cruise to celebrate. This was a trip we were to do as a family but after my husband passed away it became a girls trip. Fran new how important this was and she made it every bit the trip that will remain one of the best memories with my daughter and I. Out of all the vacations Fran has booked for us, there was one (1) vacation that we didn't really like, BUT that was our fault. We want one resort and Fran was trying to tell us we really should do another resort. I think the price was a few dollars more, but not much at all. We were not willing to budge and because of that.....the vacation was not good. It rained the whole time and the resort was just "okay". If Fran ever suggest something to you..............take her up on it!!! Since that one vacation, we always let Fran suggest the resort for us and we have LOVED every vacation since!
