With almost 25 years of experience in the travel industry, I have been privileged to create dream vacations for a wide range of clients, specializing in creating custom itineraries for honeymooners, retirees, adventurous couples checking items off their bucket lists, and first-time travelers to Hawaii.

Since 1996, I have been selling all-inclusive packages in Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as creating custom vacation packages to the beautiful islands of Hawaii. I have also had the pleasure of organizing ocean and river cruises worldwide. With my comprehensive experience and knowledge, I offer full-service travel planning, assisting you from Point A to Point Z to ensure a seamless and stress-free vacation.

My extensive career in travel has given me the opportunity to explore numerous destinations and gain expertise in various areas. I hold multiple certifications in cruising and have specialized knowledge of various hotel brands. This makes me a subject matter expert in many aspects of travel, ensuring that I can provide you with the best recommendations and personalized experiences.

I am Special Needs certified by Special Needs at Sea and have almost 40 years of personal experience using a wheelchair. This expertise allows me to create travel itineraries that cater to the unique needs of individuals with mobility challenges. I truly care about every aspect of my clients' vacations. I take care of all the logistics, ensuring that everything is arranged prior to their departure so they can enjoy a worry-free journey. I consistently advocate for my clients to get what they paid for, and I am always happy to go to bat for my clients whenever they are not accommodated the way they should be, to ensure they receive the accommodations and experiences they deserve. 

During my eight years as a Hawaii concierge, I had the privilege of creating and planning special events and experiences for high-end clients, including some well-known celebrities. It was during this time that my love for the Hawaiian Islands grew immensely. I've visited the islands over 30 times, enabling me to share my passion and extensive knowledge of the local culture and hidden gems with potential clients. I take pride in making dreams come true by curating unforgettable trips to paradise, adding those special touches that make each experience unique.

Once, I created an itinerary for a 10th anniversary/very-belated honeymoon trip for clients who had to delay their travels when the husband, a military veteran, learned to cope with losing his legs in the war in Afghanistan. I put together a 10-day itinerary in Oahu and Maui that was completely wheelchair-friendly using accessible hotels and tour experiences.

Ocean cruising is another area that holds a special place in my heart. I fell in love with the idea of unpacking just once while visiting multiple destinations as part of a cruise itinerary. Exploring beautiful locations during the day and having a multitude of dining and entertainment options on board the ship at night creates the ultimate vacation experience for me.

In addition to my personal experiences and love for travel, I hold several certifications that validate my expertise. I am a Master Cruise Counselor and Accredited Cruise Counselor certified by CLIA (Cruise Line Industry Association). I am also a Certified Travel Associate, certified by the Travel Institute. I also hold certifications from various cruise lines, including Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruise Lines, and Paul Gauguin. As a graduate of the Disney College of Disney Knowledge and a proud agent with an ‘EarMarked’ agency for Disney, I also have comprehensive knowledge of Disney vacations and can help you create magical experiences for the whole family.

Outside of travel, I enjoy attending live music and wine/beer festivals. If I can combine any of these with travel, it's the ultimate combination for me!
