I started traveling 25 years ago. The first time I laid eyes on the Caribbean Sea it took my breath away. It was in that moment that I fell in love with traveling. So far, I have traveled to Mexico (Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa Del Carmen) over a dozen times, Punta Cana, Spain, Italy, France, Brazil and Peru. I have several more destinations on my list to explore.
When I began having children (I have three), I couldn't wait to introduce them to the world. We have been traveling together as a family since they were barely able to walk and now they are all teenagers. This passion for travel inspired me to become a travel consultant.
Traveling is so much more than packing a bag, arriving at your destination, "vacationing", packing again and returning home. Traveling is discovering, learning, experiencing, connecting, and contributing to the world and the people in it.
I have been a travel consultant for 6 years. In that time I have helped hundreds of clients create memorable experiences in destinations such as Riviera Maya, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Punta Cana, Costa Rica, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Hawaii, Alaska, Peru and Patagonia.
I also work with groups big and small (Example: Graduation Trips, Family Reunion Trips, Milestone Birthday/Occasion Trips, Girls Getaway Trips). I offer some unique tools that insure your group trip runs as smoothly and stress free as possible.
Each person, couple, family, group is unique and I make sure that your vacation/adventure/experience matches your wants and needs perfectly. Time is the most precious commodity. The way it is spent should be valuable. Anyone can "book" and go on a "vacation". I work with you to ensure your treasured time is spent making unforgettable memories while I spend the time researching, planning, booking, checking the details and confirming everything again and again from the moment we begin to work together until long after you have returned from your travels.

I love Kim she is amazing and takes wonderful care of you. She is always in communication with you and walks you through everything you need to make your trip go as smoothly as possible. Kim was outstanding. She worked with me to plan our first-ever family trip to Mexico, which included my husband, myself and our college-age daughter. I was feeling totally overwhelmed trying to plan the trip and also a little anxious about traveling during COVID. Once I called Kim, everything started to go smoothly. She helped us figure out a great all-inclusive resort that was perfect for us, helped source excursions that met everybody's needs (daughter wanted action and adventure, hubby wanted Mayan history and culture, I wanted beautiful beaches and sea life). All of them felt safe and well-organized. Kim answered every tiny, even crazy, question every step of the way and managed our multiple itinerary changes, too. And she did much of this while on her own vacation. She is a true professional. I would use Kim again in a heartbeat.

Kim is my go-to travel agent. She recently helped me and 5 of my girlfriends schedule a week in paradise! Kim is detailed oriented and very communicative. She checked in with us throughout the planning process to ensure we were prepared to follow all travel guidelines (COVID requirements, new to us since our last trip). In 2019 we scheduled a girls trip to be taken in 2020. Due to Covid-19 we were unable to take this trip but Kim kept us informed on regulations and what was going on in the world of travel. She was right there to schedule us a wonderful new trip that we have just returned from. Beautiful scenery, nice accommodations and great food. The word that I keep coming up with to describe our experience is exceptional. Kim does an outstanding job of making you feel at ease during the whole process of planning your vacation. My husband and I traveled to Mexico in December and we used Langdon Travel to help plan our trip. Kim didn't leave one detail untouched. It was quite refreshing to work with someone that treated us like family. Meaning we really could tell it meant everything to her that we had a good time and that everything went perfect! Kim was an amazing travel agent that made sure our trip was perfect! She was very responsive to all my questions and spent over 2 hours on the phone with me going over different resorts and destinations. She sent a wonderful travel package that included everything we needed and a couple little surprises. She set up a meeting to with us before our trip for any questions or concerns we had. The day we left, she was up at 4:30am making sure we were at the airport and she followed us on our journey. She text us our next gate information and how to go when we had our layover. She directed us through the airport in Mexico and sent us pics of where to meet our driver. She then left us to enjoy our trip and just checked on us once in a while. She then followed us home and made sure we got home safely. We were so impressed with her, we were giving her information out at the resort in Mexico. She will be my forever go to agent from now one.

Kim is the absolute BEST! This was our first time working with a travel agent, and I'll never have it any other way! I felt like I was able to completely hand everything over to her and trust in her judgment and experience.Kim was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions, and she had very good recommendations. She checked in on us prior to our trip, during our trip, and at the end of our trip to make sure we made it through everything without any problems. I also appreciated the attention to detail regarding airline and international requirements for traveling.
During our trip, we had a family (pet) emergency back at home, and we were not sure how it was going to affect our vacation. Kim was very understanding and did all that she could to prepare me for having to change our plans. Luckily we did not need to, but I felt very safe in knowing Kim was there to help us through anything we needed to do.

The best travel agent I have ever worked with! She makes all the details so easy. From helping us with a last minute passport to making sure we had all documentation and even checking on us during a hurricane that arrived our last day. She was so friendly, so detailed and so helpful with all aspects of the trip. I will not plan another family vacation without her!

Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, customer-focused, and on top of things! We've used Kim multiple times and will continue to do so. She prepares you for everything including a reminder that our passports needed updating during one of our earlier bookings with her. Had we booked on our own we would have had some pretty big issues. For our next trip, she's provided guidance on navigating through COVID. Highly recommend Langdon Travel!

Another Fantastic Vacation!
Kim has scheduled three vacations I went on so far. One was a cruise with a group of 30+, second was a trip to Mexico for 6 people in august 2021 and the last we a trip for 16 to Jamaica last month. I will never book another trip without contacting Kim to be my travel coordinator. Not only does she help you select a vacation based on what you are looking for, she also makes sure she gets you any perks and best pricing, and she goes above and beyond covering all the details of the travel process. Traveling out of the country can be stressful in normal circumstances but it’s even more difficult now with the extra steps due to Covid. Kim had everything we needed organized and checked on us throughout our travel to make sure everything was good. Her extra attention to detail really allowed us to be able to relax and get the most out of our time on vacation. If your need to plan any travel she should be your go to. Thank you Kim for all you do!

Out of State Friends Traveling Together
There aren't enough words to fully describe how far Kim went to make sure we had a wonderful trip. Traveling internationally with friends who are in another state, I was concerned about coordinating flight times, etc. But, Kim made it look easy! We landed within 10 minutes of each other! Before we left, she had a phone call with each of us, explaining exactly what to expect when we landed, etc. She was up at the Crack of dawn, texting to make sure I got through the airport okay. I am beyond impressed with the care and concern Kim showed. It was absolutely top notch!
