Mother and Daughter Quality Time Away

Anna listened to our ideas around what we wanted out of this vacation and immediately came back with a few options. When one of her suggestions showed “sold out” she kept checking for their availability while parallel processing for other resorts in same category. She alerted us early of the COVID requirements. The private transfers were successfully arranged, and her communications were stellar (followed up in email and sent us written instructions by mail of all the details to the trip). LOVED her energy and working with her. The Live Aqua All Inclusive Beach Resort in Punta Cana was spectacular.. Great vacation experience from travel agent to destination.

From start to finish Anna communicated frequently and provided clear instructions. She was patient and was quick to respond if there were questions. Independent solo traveler and itinerary: Perfect

Anna has booked a few trips for us throughout the years. Professional, caring individual who listens and then goes to work! I knew exactly where I wanted to be in Ireland within a given time frame and why I wanted to fly Aer Lingus direct. Anna worked diligently to offer several options as to transportation and accommodations. It was easy to discuss with her the pros and cons of all suggestions and to make a decision. I was adamant about being able to get to a small town and she made it happen. A mix of private car and train travel was perfect. She is very careful to take into account finances. I was traveling alone and needed convenience which we discussed. This was a perfect trip through her outstanding efforts. I left the states w/all my vouchers and multiple contact info if needed. Top notch experience due to Anna's meticulous planning.

Honeymoon

We have booked 2 trips with Anna.(so far) the 1st was a cruise that got postponed so we changed plans to do an adult Disney trip. Which was amazing and Anna was beyond helpful. We just returned from a 12 day NCL cruise which was a trip of a lifetime. 7 Islands-Aruba, Curacao, Colombia, Grand Cayman, Panama, Costa Rica, Bahamas . I am new to cruising and once she realized that she literally talked me through every step. She even included seasick bands in my packet which saved my life on day 2. She truly goes above and beyond and I will book every vacation with Anna. She's the best!

Best Family Vacation Ever

Anna was amazing from start to finish. I have a family of seven and had a lot of happy to obtain in all different aspects. Anna made it possible to easily book our cruise, discuss excursions and help with transportation and hotel after the cruise. She saved me money by showing me different options, which I definitely appreciated. Anna was VERY quick to respond to any questions and changes I had, which were quite a few and even during our trip. I highly recommend Anna for your travel needs!

My family and I recently went to the Bahamas and Anna did an amazing job as always! She found us the best deal for our group of 10 people to stay at the Cove Atlantis. From start to finish she was very attentive. On the last day of our trip our flight was cancelled that morning and within an hour Anna had our group of 10 re-booked all together on the next flight! Highly recommend!
