Communication is key in any successful relationship and this is no exception. Dana is a fantastic communicator and she knows Mexico very well. We turned to her when we wanted to do a vacation to Puerto Vallarta. She nailed it! We stayed at an all inclusive resort south of town, with a private swimmable beach and all inclusive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for helping us facilitate many fond and happy memories.

Dana goes has gone out of her way to make sure our vacation to Europe was unforgettable last year, despite issues we had with a passport arriving late. She was there to help switch last minute tours, tickets, airport pickups even while on vacation herself and out of the country on another time zone. She worked with us on other trips with the same amazing personalized customer service. I have just booked another trip with her for Greece for this summer and she has worked tirelessly with me to keep things in our budget and give us the experiences we hope for.

Dana is a true professional! Planning a destination vacation from thousands of miles away is overwhelming. I'm never sure where to stay or what attractions to book. I got Dana's contact information from a friend who used her services to travel to Fiji. She exclaimed how great Dana was at planning every last detail. I was skeptical because of a previous negative experience with another travel agent, but I knew I needed help with this trip, so I gave her a call. I gave her the basic info, then emphasized what would be important to us to make our experience enjoyable. She took over from there! Dana had every detail ironed out and delivered our itineraries along with all the information we needed. She was very knowledgable and gave honest advice. From the moment we left until the moment we returned home, she had everything set up perfect! She sought out unique experiences that took us into the heart of Mo'orea. I felt more like a local then a tourist! It was exactly what we wanted!
