Judy was amazing!!! From the start of planning- to the middle of the trip-to the end of the experience..I asked on my last to next day to achieve the impossible and she accomplished everything and more.
(Mind you - I was already on the vacation and she still got me a 65' catamaran from one email that I sent her-It was epic!)
She listens to your requests - accommodates you on your hours of connection.
I will never plan another vacation with anyone else!
For 13 years I have travelled and met with many agents.
Full transparency - I have not met her in person.. but feel like I know her -
have recommended her to people I know and people I do not know.
From any state ( because I move a lot with my job ) - She will be the only person I call again to plan my travel/vacation!

1st Royal Caribbean experience

Judy did an excellent job at answering all of our questions as well as offering tips she has uncovered throughout her and her clients’ journey. She handled much of the legwork for us which was very much appreciated. Judy was also able to help me compare and contrast Disney and Royal Caribbean and was very honest about the differences which allowed for no surprises when we were aboard the ship. She also made it a point to recognize my son’s birthday as well as added little extra touches such as a coffee gift card or wine for my parents room which was very nice. I truly appreciate Judy’s assistance and would not hesitate to utilize her services in the future.

The best trip we've ever had!

Judy was so diligent in making sure we chose the correct trip to meet our travel expectations and needs. From resorts to restaurants and excursions to must-sees, she was knowledgable and resourceful. She was very open and candid about our booking options such as flight times and carriers. One of the most helpful things was her presentation she put together for a Zoom call in which she covered topics such as the airport, transportation to the hotel, what to expect in the country, tipping, and SO much more. We had the best vacation we've ever had and this is all thanks to the time and care Judy had put into making it so. She made sure that all we had to worry about was making memories!

Judy was a charm to work with. She pays excellent attention to detail in making a person';s trip stress free. She made sure that I was on point in arranging, not only the trip portion, but what I was going to leave behind for the duration. I really appreciated all the reminders she sent, and in a timely manner. It's like she had a calendar on when to send the tips. She was always very pleasant talking with. I never asked a 'dumb question'. She answered all my questions with a smile. It's like I could see her through the phone and emails. I really enjoyed working with Judy. Amazing Family Celebration!

Judy planned an extra-special trip to celebrate several family milestones. My parents were turning 80 and 81, I turned 50, and my sister and brother-in-law celebrated 30 years of marriage. This cruise on Celebrity Cruise Lines was planned to include special needs for my elderly parents and the land tour option allowed us to spend extra time with my son who lives in Fairbanks, AK. Even while traveling Judy was available to help us secure an electric scooter and wheel chair to make excursions easier for my mother. Judy is an awesome agent! I usually plan all my travel by myself but after working with Judy I will never work without an agent again ... and that agent will always be Judy!

The best honeymoon!!

Judy is absolutely incredible! My husband and I had originally planned to travel to Jamaica Sandals Ochi, but due to high travel restrictions for Covid, it didn't seem like the best fit. Our reservation there was complete and Judy went in and made sure we received a full refund and then proceeded to guide us in a better direction to our other options in Cancun. She is very knowledgeable about many of the resorts and made sure we picked the one that best suited our desires! We loved working with Judy!

Stress- free vacation

Barbados was super beautiful and relaxing. Judy took care of all the details and assisted in resolving a small issue when we were there. She explained all that the resort had to offer from personal experience. She had a nice cake sent to our room for our 25th anniversary and made sure we had our excursions set up prior to arrival. She even shared with us where to attend church for Sunday - which was an easy 15 min walk from Sandals Barbados. It is apparent that she cares about every aspect of our travel. We look forward to using her services again with future trips.

Judy is amazing. Speaking with her is like talking to an old friend. She makes it easy to plan travel for yourself and family members. Very easy to get in contact with even if she is traveling herself. Email communication works well for me and she was able to assist with my preference there. If you have thought about booking with a travel agent and have had hesitations, i would say go for it! Give it a try. You will see the difference. Sandals La Toc St. Lucia
Our travel agent, Judy Fiorello, is exceptional! Our recent trip to St. Lucia was flawless with her expertise and she helped us in so many ways to have a truly memorable vacation. During this covid time a lot of apprehension sets in when deciding to travel, and Judy totally understood our concerns , she was not pushy with our decisions to go or not. She addressed all our concerns with professionalism and up front answers and kept us informed during the whole process of our trip , that deciding to go was not a “taking a chance” but a looking forward to a great vacation!
