Mini trip

Through my son who lives in SLC, Keiko organised a mini trip for me to visit SF from SLC for a few days. She booked a Super 8 on Lombard Steet, very close to Marina Green, a great spot to stay! Flights were at convenient times too. She communicated directly with me in the UK and responded swiftly to questions. All very efficient!

I contacted Keiko about organising a trip for my mum when she comes to visit.
We ended up arranging a 4 day trip to San Francisco. Keiko was very helpful in suggesting options and booking the trip was very straight forward.
Even though my mum is back in the UK all the information was clear and sent to her for evaluation. She was happy with all the details and booked the same day.
After booking Keiko put together a great little package of this to do in SFO which will give my mum lots of ideas for her trip.

She is so amazing! I was in contact with a travel agent here and in New York. I was having a hard time getting her to call me back. So I emailed Keiko and within 10 minutes she called and emailed me back! By the time I got off the phone she had not only answered all of my questions but we booked with her a few short days later. She stayed in close contact making sure we got the best hotels and flights. She had been kind and caring in everyway! She has given us great vacation pointers and fun excursion ideas that are great for our entire family! Finally, she went above and beyond by sending my 10 year old a birthday card on her birthday day a few days ago! That to me was personal and we were all touched by her kindness! I would continue to do business with her in the future and I would recommend her to anyone!

My husband found Keiko throughout the Hawaii BBB. She was great with getting us a great deal and making sure everything was set for out trip. Everything was mailed to us along with some fun trinkets that our kids loved! She has great customer service and has a quick turnaround time in her responses.

Keiko worked very hard to find me the best option for a slightly restricted travel to a European destination for 4 people each with their own problems. She spent a lot of time looking for options, and then helped confirm I got the seating pattern I needed along with upgrades. I had tried to figure it out myself and kept going in circles. She worked quickly over the phone and multitasked to help me troubleshoot my credit card block (due to over zealous fraud department), and monitored the airline to be sure they actually recorded the correct reservations. I feel confident to return to her for any travel in the future.

She was knowledgeable about a variety of areas around Tokyo and Osaka, near where I would be visiting. Planning a trip to Japan's three major cities seemed like a very stressful event for someone who has never been there before but Keiko was very helpful from the very beginning of our trip planning. She showed great interest in making sure we got the best deals for the budget we had on our trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. She gave us personalized maps, directions and instructions on how to pick up and use JR and Metro tickets. We started our trip with no fears about navigating new areas. We really enjoyed the trip because of the careful preparations facilitated and delivered by Keiko.

Seems like it was fate that brought me to Keiko Mori and Kittie Travel - Salt Lake City, UT - Travel Agency. I had actually gone downtown Salt Lake looking for a different travel agency that I used in the past but it turned out to be closed on Saturdays. So I looked for other travel agencies using Google and Kittie Travel showed up as being closest to my location so I called Keiko Mori and she not only responded immediately to my phone call, she met me outside her address so I didn't have to go looking for it..
Keiko Mori made the Peru airline, bus transportation, and hotel arrangements within a short period of time and continually stayed in communication with me and followed up in the weeks following and leading up to the trip in June for any changes that usually occur these days. I can say I will not hesitate to use Kittie Travel (Kieko Mori) again for future travel trips.
