I specialize in amazing vacations. I began my career in the travel industry working for Carnival Cruise Lines, and have been an independent travel consultant for 15 years, who is considered an expert in the travel industry. Specifically, I love working with new travelers who have never travelled before, but I also enjoy helping experienced travelers navigate the planning process for another unforgettable vacation. I have traveled extensively to many countries and can help with amazing vacations all over the world.

Cynthia is great! A friend found her and she helped us book a Caribbean cruise with 4 other families. I originally was going to book myself but cruises are tricky, so thankful I had a knowledgeable person to take the stress of planning away. I alway know she is doing her very best to get the best rates and value. Our next cruise is this weekend to Alaska with a group of 11. In a week I'm sure we will start planning our next trip!

Cynthia always goes above and beyond in making sure her guests are taken care of and that they have the correct information for their trips. My most recent trip included the difficult task of making sure my husband's service dog was accepted and ready to cruise. Now mind you this was a cruise that we booked at the last minute and by that I mean within 13 days of cruising. Cruising with a service dog can be confusing and yesterday when we received word that we needed an international health certificate for the dog because we are going to Cozumel...I went into a tail spin knowing that it takes at least two to three days to get that type of certificate. Cynthia spent many hours calling the USDA office today to find out exactly what was needed for us to go into the port in Cozumel. I'm happy to say that things were not as difficult as first lead to believe and hubby's service dog will indeed be accompanying us on the trip.
I will only use Cynthia when booking travel! And we have recommended her to many of our friends.

Not only did she help us book a great cruise, she also introduced us to cruise insurance and informed us when an upgrade was available after we already booked. She also sent us a great help sheet for what to pack and tips and tricks to making better use of the cabin space.

Saved Us Money On Numerous Trips

A few years ago, we liked the pricing that Cynthia found for us, and since then have been checking with her when we plan trips. She saved us money in creative ways that we would not have though of ourselves, and so I enthusiastically refer her to my friends. I also like that she said we have her phone number, if there is any problem to give her a call, even after we board the ship. One time we did have to, and she took care of the issue for us. She is also very available and answers calls or returns calls in the evening from her home office as well. We appreciate that, because sometimes, you don't want to wait for an answer. I don't like hearing when I call other agents that the office is only open 8-5 eastern time, when we live in the mountain zone region and it's only 3 pm.

Cynthia has booked multiple cruises for me and abilities are outstanding, She is super helpful and is quick to answer any question/s I might have. If I need to change anything about my trip, she never gets upset and is an absolute professional. Although I have never met her in person, I have grown to love her. She will call out of the blue just to see how things are going with me. If you want a fantastic travel agent, then by all means, use Cynthia and you won't be disappointed...I'm not!

After taking our first cruise 10 years ago, we fell in love with it. In fact, we just booked number 23! A few years ago, we connected with Cynthia, and she has been our favorite agent ever since. She is not only extremely knowledgeable at what she does, she truly cares about her clients. She is always willing to do research to help us find the best deal, for the best price. And whenever we contact her, she gets back to us right away. We have recommended her agency to our family and friends, who are also also extremely pleased! Could not ask for a better agent. Responsive, accurate and dependable. She checks the options and then puts it in writing for you to review. After you book she continues to check for a lower price. If the price drops she calls the cruise line and gets you the discount. No high pressure. Just good service. Won't use another agent. She has booked for us 4 times. Great perks too.

Honeymoon cruises

Cynthia is the agent/friend everyone should be blessed enough to have! There is above and beyond, and then there is Cynthia 10 spots above that!! We had 2 of our 4 children get married in the past couple of years. We used her for both of their honeymoon cruises. There was not one thing left to chance. She handled everything - even checking to see if fares went lower after our purchase and getting that difference taken care of for us.
If you want a vacation that you can relax and not worry about the details...she's your girl;)

After a friend recommended Cynthia, I decided to let her book our second cruise, and now our third and fourth cruises. I call or email her, tell her what I want, and sit back and wait for my sail dates. She watches for price drops, upgrades, anything that needs to be handled is done by her. I have called her a few times with questions, and even though she is on the opposite coast, she always answers! (I try to be mindful of the 4 hour difference.)
Cynthia is very knowledgeable about destinations and loves to share her experiences. I highly recommend giving her a try, You will be glad you did.

Cynthia is such an awesome travel agent I don't know where to start! Several years ago I found Cynthia through a cruise competition service and it was the best thing that ever happened to my travel booking experiences. Cynthia was so knowledgable about my cruise! The thing I appreciated the most is when she didn't know, she didn't make something up. She actually researched and found the answer to my question. She was also very responsive. I wish I could give her more than five stars for responsiveness. Every question I had was answered within an hour or so. I never met a travel agent more knowledgeable than Cynthia. She's always pleasant to speak to and she makes you feel comfortable, even if you have a bevy of questions about your trip/cruise. A few times I had contacted her after business hours, and she always took the call, and helped me with any last minute changes. My husband and I were so impressed when Cynthia called to inform us that our cruise dropped their prices and she saved us a huge amount of money, and that wasn't the first time! Cynthia has planned our past three cruises and three future cruises and we are so delighted to have her as our travel agent.
