Organizing a family trip always sounds like a wonderful idea until you get in to the weeds of trying to make everyone happy. After putting together a group cruise for my own family with a side trip to Disney, I realized that I happen to enjoy all those details!
For the last 18 years, I’ve been helping individuals and groups select the perfect getaway to meet their needs and coordinating all of the accompanying details whether it be a cruise or land destination.
Being known as “motor mouth” in my childhood has served me well as a travel agent because it ensures I get all the details ironed out and the trip becomes exactly what you’ve imagined.
After 33 years of marriage, 2 grown boys, my playful spirit is more alive than ever. Playing little jokes on co-workers or settling in at night with a good movie keeps me always focused on having fun in life. My fun side helped me to even win a national pie championship for my creative Pineapple Cream Pie!

Donna was absolutely amazing, she did all the research for the hotels and booked everything to fit our budget. I honestly could not imagine a more smooth process of booking our honeymoon during this crazy time. Her response time also amazed me, she replied to emails and phone calls within minutes. Definitely recommend her to everyone and will be booking future vacations with her.

An Amazing Adventure

Donna was more than helpful in planning out our trip to Iceland. She listens to what is important to you and makes great suggestions to create the best travel itinerary. She also helped us save money by searching for the best rates, and promotions. Our trip went along perfectly without any problems. She even sent us an email while we were in Iceland to alert us about a change in our bus stop due to some road construction. We will definitely book our next adventure with Donna and Genie Travel.

Donna Lee has helped us out with many of our vacations. The last one was our trip to Walt Disney World and Universal Orland Resort. She is very thorough with making all of the requests we make and getting them out to our destinations. We normally get all that we request. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable, friendly, and always letting us know of any upcoming events we may want to look into. Donna Lee is one of the best travel agents we have ever worked with! I have booked about 20+ reservations with Donna Lee between my family and I. She is able to get multiple people on the same flight and reservations. I have booked with out a agent before and working with Donna Lee saves me so much time and hassel. I recommend her to all my friends. We normally book vacations with 20-30 people at once to go out of the country. Everything is smooth. Donna Lee has also helped me plan a wedding in the Rivera Maya! That experience was amazing and so perfect. So much so that we now go on yearly family vacations to mexico. 5 stars is not enough for Donna Lee. The Martinez and Rodriguez family cant thank you enough for everything you do!!!!!!!

We have worked with Donna the last two trips of ours and we think she is absolutely amazing!!!! She is accommodating, finds the best deals, is knowledgeable, and is so quick and communicative. She is easy to get ahold of and truly values her clients and their experiences. We had to postpone our Europe honeymoon for two years, and she really made the delay worth the wait. I’ve worked with a lot of travel agents in my life but I have never had an experience like I have had with Donna. Not only was she professional, she was friendly and personable. She truly had our best interest at heart, even when it meant having to cancel a trip - that she didn’t end up getting paid for. Why even mess around with the details of a trip, when you have someone like Donna in your corner. Our trips have been absolutely flawless from the booking process to flying home. I would not do it any other way. Not only is Donna an excellent travel agent, she is a good person. So rare these days.
