I have been in the travel industry for 14 1/2 years and have been on 29 cruises as well as traveled to Mexico and many Caribbean islands. I care about my clients and want to make sure that every vacation is the best that it can be.
My favorite part about being a travel professional is helping make my clients' dreams come true and hearing about all of the fun experiences that they had once they return from their vacation. Vacations are where we reconnect with loved ones and ourselves as well as making new friends.
I am a member of Destination Weddings and Honeymoon Association and love working with couples to make their destination wedding dreams come true.

Fantastic Destination Wedding!!!

We have worked with Pam Hunley on several cruises and most recently on a destination wedding for our daughter. Pam is truly incredible; if I have a question about an upcoming trip, she has a prompt response and is there to help. With our most recent destination wedding in Mexico, there were about 75 of us who traveled. Pam organized all of the travel arrangements, she helped our daughter with the wedding planning and made sure everyone had all travel documents in order. Pam is always there to send reminders to make sure we are prepared for our trip and never seems to miss a thing. She made, what seemed like a really challenging event simple , and as parents of the bride, that is exactly how we hoped it would be. Pam Hunley is responsible, knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and easy to work with. If you are looking for someone who can help you with a cruise or a destination wedding, I can't imagine there is anyone who does this kind of job better then Pam.

Pam has been our travel consultant now for several years. We first used her services after a friend recommended her. After that first trip, we have never used another travel consultant. Pam is knowledgeable about all aspects of cruise travel, she returns our calls and emails as promptly as is possible. She gives great advise, checks to make sure we are doing what we need to do to be as prepared as possible and she even checks for price changes as they come up (sometimes saving us large amounts of money). Pam has made our travel experiences simple and fun. We can't imagine why we wouldn't use her services.

I was asked by another agent what was the criteria for choosing Pam. I told them that when I asked for suggestions on agents Pam came highly recommended. Best Family Vacation Experience

Let me first start off by saying, the kids and I were so ready for a vacation. COVID has impacted us all in some way or another. When I first reached out to Pam, she was very attentive to my request and informative about family friendly resorts that were clean options (she was knowledgeable about where to stay and where not to stay), had kids clubs and activities for us all. Pam made this overall experience very easy for us all, she thought of things that I didn't, took care of transportation needs and even sent me travel forms in advance so I could complete them earlier - this saved a lot of time. As we got closer to our departure date, Pam kept me updated on flight info and even travel time from the airport to the resort because right now in Cancun, there is construction on their main highway - so I was well prepared for what would normally be a 30 minute drive that turned into an hour and fifteen minutes - but we made it!

A perfect experience

Pam was incredible in helping my husband and I plan our 5-year anniversary trip. We’d never been out of the country so we were clueless about where we wanted to go and how to go about getting there. Pam was very knowledgeable in what the properties were like as she had been to most of them that she recommended. Pam was very prompt, patient, and thorough in her responses to my many questions. We stayed at Secrets Maroma Cancun and our trip was nothing short of perfect but I know that if we had any issues, Pam would have been in contact with the resort immediately to get them resolved. Pam sent us plenty of information and checklists of what we needed to do in preparation for our vacation so I felt fully prepared that we would know exactly what to expect. We would not have been able to make this trip happen without Pam and I am looking forward to the next time she can help us plan another vacation.

Ms. Pam set up our second trip with the touch of a true professional. This trip was twice as long and double the distance of travel between embarkation and return but was executed with the ease and comfort of a weekend trip to see the grandkids 4 hours down the road. A coast to coast plane trip, overnight stay in Los Angeles, 15 day cruise with a coast to coast flight home all done with no complications, hassles or missed connection. Ms. Pam was available for last minute questions and recommendations and applied her ample knowledge to ensure a wonderful trip was had. First Cruise

Ms. Pam is a complete professional, consummate expert in booking travel and a sincere pleasure to work with. This being our first cruise, my wife and I had no idea what was required to book the travel assignments. Ms. Pam took extra time with us to ensure we had not only all our passport documentation in order but all the associated tickets and bag tags before we departed. With all this done ahead of time the only thing required of us was to have a good time and we did! She truly takes her responsibility seriously and was willing to answer the numerous questions these two rookie travelers had. Above and Beyond

If you want someone who will go above and beyond to help you sail through the "red tape" it would be Pam. She helped us plan a 30th anniversary cruise to New Zealand and Australia as well as handling all of the airline reservations. I can tell you if I had to do it myself we never would have gone. Pam is very good at finding discounts and ways of saving that we would not have thought about. When we were ready to travel we had all our documents in advance. The cruise was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Pam.

Easy and accomodating

We met Pam through our neighborhood business group a couple years ago and had were impressed with her knowledge and integrity. When we were invited on a Disney cruise with some family we thought let's take the hassle out of figuring this out and we gave Pam a call. She was quick to research our request and suggest a cabin option that would be best for us and our 6 year old son based on our budget. She handled all the arrangements and even took care of making monthly payments on our cruise. She alerted us when it was time to consider travel insurance as well as when to register online for everything on the ship. Whenever we had a question about this or that she was on it and if she didn't know the answer she got back to us right away. She checked on us right before the cruise as well as sent out a little note afterwards to see how things went. We could have booked on the internet but after the experience of working with Pam, WHY??? She made it too easy and we will definitely check with Pam for our next Caribbean vacation or cruise.

Me and my wife recently returned from our 1st year anniversary trip to the D.R. We were so impressed with our experience in planning our honeymoon with Pam that we decided to use her series again. She is truly amazing at making sure that all question marks are checked and that travel anxiety is at a minimum. Working with Pam is always a great experience and makes me and my wife life so much easier when planning our trips.

Pam checked our cruise line often to make sure rates didn't change. When they did we received an onboard credit. This was my 5th cruise but first one thru Pam and we've never had an agent so on top of checking like she did for us. She sent us thoughtful gifts and reminded us when anything was due. We had a wonderful time and are already on looking at booking our next cruise thru Pam.

We have used Pam to help us plan several of our company incentive trips. She always helps us review multiple destinations that are within our budget and presents us with several options. She is available for questions and researches the answers quickly. She is flexible to work with our company needs and makes suggestions that have been a huge success.
