Amazing with Allergies

I've been on a many cruises planned by this agency and I have to say they never cease to impress me. I have a few food allergies and sensitivities that make it difficult to find food out. However, with the careful planning and preparation that Roger does for me before each cruise, I always know just what to expect and what to do about my allergies once I'm on board. I know which cruise lines are the most gluten free friendly and which ones still need to do some work on that end. I used to be anxious about boarding due to my allergies, but now I'm always confident since I know that my travel agent will take care of everything! I will never use anyone else!!

I knew nothing about Puerto Rico. This gentleman first of all always answered his phone, was incredibly accommodating and listened to my needs. If there were 10 stars I would give them to him. Don't think.....hire him!!!

They know cruises, cruise ships, and cruise ship destinations, what more do you need? As experienced cruisers, my wife and I thought we were getting the best deals by making the arrangements ourselves but discovered that's not the case. Working with agents who know the industry has provided us with better deals and more enjoyable cruises. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and thorough, no need to use any other agent. Have used then for every cruise we've taken since meeting them and intend to continue that.

we have now booked 4 cruises with Roger. He is thorough, easy to work with and really cares about making sure you have a great trip. We have referred him to many friends and he has also booked trips for large groups of friends and family. Roger goes the extra mile to make sure the reservations are connected and has even booked large group dinners for us! Roger always makes sure that our set sail is special, and check back in after yo make sure we had a wonderful time. There is no one else we would book with!

The One and Only!

Roger is always on top of it. He keeps you informed and updated constantly. He finds the best deals for what you are planning. I am so lucky to have him in my network. I can't imagine planning a trip with anyone else.It doesn't give Roger credit by only putting one destination but Tortola was my favorite so far. We have taken so many cruises with Roger's help. I will have memories for a lifetime.

We have booked several Disney trips through Roger and everyone of them has gone smoothly and without any issues. He and his wife/partner, Teri Nickerson, are Disney specialists and very knowledgeable about all the options available with Disney vacations, and there are many. It can be pretty confusing but they have this thing down pat. Wouldn't book Disney, or any vacation for that matter, without them.
