We had a cruise get reschedule several times, Andrea did all the work for us. It was nice and easy to send a message or call and tell her what we where thinking and she would be all over the change. She checked on us to make sure we where good with the flight as well as the transportation. She goes above and beyond what a travel agent should do.

Pure Paradise

We recently returned from an amazing trip to Grenada and we have Andrea to thank for it! As we are not frequent travelers , she gave us all the information about a variety of destinations so it made it easy to pick the one that was right for us! Andrea was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I began planning my wedding and honeymoon shortly after the pandemic began and even had to change the dates of the honeymoon completely at one point due to unforeseen circumstances. Andrea was able to get everything switched over quickly and really got us some great package upgrades during our stay. She is professional, courteous, and gets the job done!

Where do I begin.. Andrea has been a blessings to my husband and I as we planned our honeymoon. From beginning to end she was professional, detailed, gave us options, and was always there when we reached out which was very important to us bc we were first time travelers. She always got back to me in a timely manner. While away on my honeymoon I reached out a few times about flights ect.. and again she got right back to me. She seemed so eager to help and we could tell she actually cared! Even after getting back from our honeymoon I had an issue with a refund from being overcharged when rebooking and she took care of that for me also. I couldn’t have chosen a better travel agent thank you so much Andrea! I’ll be a using Andrea for my future travel.

We had a great experience working with Andrea. She asked us what we like to do on vacation. She came up with a lot of great resorts to choose from. We ultimately decided on Sandals Barbados. Leading up to the trip Andrea gave us lots of information about the resort and tips on how to make our vacation more relaxing as well as information about going through customs. Our flight had a connection in Miami. Due to bad weather going down we landed late in Miami and therefore missed our connecting flight to Barbados. The airline helped us get another flight that evening. I texted Andrea to ask if I should contact the resort since we were getting a shuttle from the airport. Andrea jumped right in contacting the resort and making all the arrangements for our late arrival. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary on this trip. Andrea went ahead and booked us a dinner reservation at one of the exclusive restaurants on the resort for our anniversary.

I started working with Andrea in 2021 to plan a trip to Paris and London for my teen daughter and I. We decided to postpone due to COVID restrictions and Andrea assisted me with cancelation and securing a travel credit for future use. When I wanted to book again in 2022 for a September, 2023 trip, it was so easy! Andrea booked our flights from our preferred airport and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She provided reminders for payment dates and answered every question I had! I would recommend Andrea 100%!

Andrea was absolutely incredible! She helped my husband and I book his 40th birthday party on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady cruise. Not only ensuring we would get one of the best Rock Star Suites, but made arrangements to have 12 of our best friends join us right down on the hall on the 14th floor! This was so important for us to not be spread out randomly throughout the ship. She was everyone’s go-to person and never missed a beat, helping us get all the discounts and on-ship credits we could by booking early, paying our balance early, and recruiting additional shipmates. Andrea was fantastic! Our trip to and from the resort was seamless thanks to Andrea's detailed instructions and the airport lounge! I was traveling with 3 young kids, so that was really important to me. The resort she recommended was perfect for the whole family. Everything there was fun filled with sailing, snorkeling, banana boat rides, pools, water slides, shows, and great food! The views from the beach were breathtaking. We also enjoyed an incredible excursion to the Dunns waterfall! The absolute highlight of the trip was a private dinner on the beach to celebrate my mom's birthday. There was great food, music, dancing, and the kids playing on the beach into the night!! I can't say enough about the entire experience! Andrea knew exactly what to plan to make it the most amazing and memorable experience for our entire family!
