He accommodated us by speaking with us in the evening . During calls he asked us about our prior vacations to get an idea of what we liked. His focus on where we wanted to stay really paid off. Ira excelled in finding us the right hotel, (size, location, American owned vs European)!! Ira also made excursions suggestions and sent links for easy review and booking. He made a restaurant recommendation to one of the best dinners we had. When Ira learned our return flight was cancelled, he reached out to remind us he was there in case we needed any help.
