I have had the pleasure of working with Reece for 2 years now. He is fantastic to work with. He makes my job much as he is always sending sports teams to our hotel. In my experience, his groups have been well behaved. When we did have a small issue one time he took our call at 10:45PM ( well after normal working hours) and helped us resolve it. Every trip was planned to perfection. The service was great, the hotels were fabulous, and the price was right. Any time I e-mailed there was a swift response and when I called it was answered immediately. He coordinated several group trips for us and they were great. I recommend Reece highly. We will be calling him for our next trip.

We have worked with Reece for almost 10 years through a rescheduled Alaskan land & sea trip due to my mother’s passing, an amazing Ireland/Scotland trip and then a Road to Rome trip that was cancelled twice due to the pandemic and we finally took a Spain/Portugal trip in March 2022 instead. With all the cancellations & rescheduling nightmares, Reece was calm, efficient, organized, kept in contact with us and was just awesome to work with. We highly recommend him for all your travel needs.

Reece helped plan a river cruise in 2019 , it was our first time using him. He was recommended from a friend and he didn’t disappoint us! This year, My husband and I were to travel to Northern Ireland the end of May 2020. As you know all travel was cancelled. Reece above and beyond getting us refunds and rebooking for next year. I would not have been able to do all that he did and gave me updates and to be looking for the refunds etc.

I can’t imagine the headache we would have had if had to cancel our 10 day trip to Northern Ireland on our own during the pandemic! Reece was able to cancel and reschedule without losing any of our money!

Reece Oslinker is the most efficient, caring, knowledgeable and patient travel agent who not only had to work to reschedule our trip to Europe due to the pandemic but also an Alaskan trip five years ago due to a death in the family. These postponements have required a lot of work on his part with e-mails going back and forth. Everything was taken care of very promptly and efficiently with questions answered immediately. He also planned our first cruise. Our two week land and sea Alaskan tour was fabulous and we are really looking forward to our Discovery tour of Europe next September. We have been very pleased with Reece and highly recommend him.

Reece was absolutely wonderful to work with. I booked a trip with 20 friends to Mexico to surprise my husband for his birthday. A friend of mine had a great experience with Reece and recommended i use him. After telling Reece about my idea for the trip he recommended the perfect resort for us. Booking with him was smooth and easy for everyone. We all had different schedules and dates we would be in Mexico and were coming from all over the country. He accommodated us with ease and made our trip effortless.

Reece is always available to answer any question and make any booking asap! I can call or e mail and get a response almost immediately. He is willing to do the research so I can get the most for my money. He as taken the time to understand our vacation needs and desires so we get a customized vacation from home to back home. We have never had an issue with any booking Reece makes. Reece also asks for our opinion on his bookings of places that he hasn't been to so he can make judgment calls for future clients. We have recommended Reece to our friends and family who have used his services and have been very satisfied. We recommend Reece highly!!!

A Long Term Satisfied Client
Reece of Smooth Sailing Cruises has been our family’s travel agent for the better part of twenty years. I do not remember how Reece came to be our travel agent, and we have never met in person; however, I consider him to be a very close friend. We have never been disappointed with Reece’s suggestions and our many cruise bookings. As a family, we have booked over 25 cruises with Smooth Sailing Cruises. Both of our children were introduced to cruising, when Reece suggested a Royal Caribbean cruise in the early 90’s. Our children and our grandchildren now join their great grandmother, grandmother and Pop on cruises today. We have already booked our two cruises for February and April of 2020! In closing, I highly recommend and guarantee your cruise vacation will be “perfectly crafted” by Reece and Smooth Sailing Cruises!
