I spent 30 years planning and coordinating complex computer projects in my first career. Over the last ten years, I have been just as thorough when planning clients' travel experiences.
I've been privileged to travel, cruise to many beautiful destinations, and visit numerous resorts and attractions. I use my personal experience to help clients avoid surprises and disappointment.
Very familiar with planning leisure travel to Alaska and Iceland regardless of the Season.
Well-versed in all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
My wife and I have visited Orlando every year since 1971 and are very familiar with Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando, and other Orlando area attractions.
I delight in helping clients prepare for their first cruise.

Amazing trip…where next?

Working with Bill was a dream. I was very nervous about going overseas for the first time since HS. His planning reassured me that I could make this trip happen. He provided me with an itinerary for my trip within 48 hours of my request. He was very accommodating when I requested a hotel closer to the city center. He was able to answer any of my question and concerns I had before the trip. The trip went very smoothly. One of my tours did get cancelled, but because of the vendors he works with I was quickly able to get a refund. Both hotels he booked were fantastic and safe with beautiful large rooms. I would and have already referred co-workers to Bill for their future trips. My only question after this trip is where do I want to travel next!

San Diego New Year's Trip

Bill booked a 6 night stay in San Diego for me with only a 3 week notice during the Christmas season. Arrangements included flights, car rental, hotel, whale watching boat tour, Balboa Park tour, USS Midway Museum tour and SeaWorld admission and parking passes. He placed me in a beautiful hotel within minutes of driving to all the above arrangements. I made the requests and he did the legwork saving me valuable time. Thank you Bill!!!

Once in a Lifetime Trip

Originally we had booked our trip direct through Holland America on the internet. But a week later we transferred the "Once in a Lifetime trip to Bill"It was an easy transfer and Bill took over, booking our flights, our extra days in Vancouver , sightseeing options, and pages of excursions for our Alaska Itinerary. He highlighted the ones he had been on or had good reviews. Bill consistently updated us on things we needed to plan for , passports, covid, transfers, flight changes and payments, he was on top of it!!! We would not have gotten that personal service from Holland. He even notified me the last day when the gate changed at airport. He was with us all the way! Fantastic trip to Alaska

This seven-day tour of Alaska which included Fairbanks, Denali, and Anchorage was expertly planned and was completed well above our expectations. All transfers, vouchers, and tours were available without incident. The timing of the trip was perfect, we got to see Mount Denali which the tour guide told us that only 10% of tours get to see. Also, the weather was agreeable for all our tours. The hotels were convenient to all activities, the views from the trains were spectacular, and the float tour of Spencer Glacier was something we will never forget. Highly recommended!
