This trip will be a model for how my husband and I want to travel in the future. Every tour and guide Pam assisted us with was informative and interesting. This was our first experience of having private or very small group guided day tours. Being able to chat with a local guide was the next best thing to meeting up with a friend who lived in the area. The hotels in Strasbourg, Luzerne, and Basel were perfectly located and nicely designed for our tastes and needs. The daily assistance from Guide Along and the Voice Map was reliable and helpful. Pam's help with last minute needs, like delayed luggage and setting up a private car, really made this trip as stress free as travel can be.

When I picked up my rental vehicle at Shannon Airport, the agent said: "I couldn't rent this car to you for three days for your fee for two weeks." I said: "I have a very good travel agent." He said: "Yes, you do." 'Nuff said!

Despite a two year Covid delay, Pam continued to keep us informed about international travel and current restrictions. We used Pam's service to plan a trip to France to attend a wedding in the countryside, and to visit other destinations along the way. Two days before we departed, my wife became very ill and was unable to travel on our scheduled departure date. This created a very complicated scramble regarding hotel and transportation reservations. Pam worked with us intensively to get all of the original arrangements cancelled and re-booked in a very short time. She researched new options for us to consider, and found solutions to a number of conundrums. Pam took into consideration that my wife needed to both recuperate and travel, and Pam's advice was spot-on at every turn (including advice that we chose not to take, and later wished that we had). We are extremely pleased with Pam's excellent service and we strongly recommend her for your travel planning.

I loved working with Pam to set up our trip to Mexico. She is a very up, friendly person. She kept us informed and up to date on changes and gave us tips about traveling. She even mailed us little cards printed up in Spanish explaining that my wife has a Gluten allergy that we were able to give to the waiters at the resort. Pam was just great.
